FORMENTA LIMITED WARRANTY

Formenta warrants that our fiberglass flagpoles are free from defects in material and workmanship for a 10-year period for the shaft and a 1-year period for all moving parts. Warranty effective from date of shipment to original purchaser and only under normal use, proper installation and responsible care by the owner.

Formenta further warrants that during use by the original owner and after proper installation and responsible care, all residential and commercial flagpole shaft will withstand wind gust as according to standard size flag and wind load chart.

Formenta makes no other or further warrants, expressed or implied, including any warranty on fitness or merchantability.

All goods claimed to be defective must be shipped at the claimant’s expense to Formenta, which does not cover any shipping cost to or from the claimant. Such goods will be returned, repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time.

Formenta shall not be responsible for installation, removal, shipping costs or any incidental or consequential costs.

This warranty will be valid only with proof of purchase from Formenta or one of our dealers or distributors.

While we only ship via reliable carriers, there are occasions where damage may occur in transit. Formenta is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. To limit receiver’s responsibility, we ask receivers to carefully inspect the shipment prior to signing the bill of lading.

Should there be evidence of any exterior damage to the shipping tube, please remove the pole and inspect for damage. If there is evidence of severe or structural damage, it is advisable to refuse shipment and have product returned to Formenta.

All damage should be noted on the bill of lading and the receiver as “refused shipment”. When possible, photographic documentation of damage is helpful as evidence.
