Let take for example a University graduate whose parents just managed to get him/her through university education with a manuel labor work on the farm, has developed the idea of opening his/her own firm that will be able to help others in that community to secure empolyment, but was requested by one of the world bank funding groups in Africa 20% of the fund requested as his/her own contribution. Imagine 20% of $10.000 is $ 2,000 as own contribution of that aspiring entrepreneur, who has just graduated from University with the help of his/her parents just by using their manual labor on the farm. Now my question here is where will this just graduate entrepreneur get this amount requested from? Or should he/she not pursuit his/her dream because he/she can not afford this amount. (‘Globalization”) when the world financial organization and trading bloc considering providing loans to Africa for SMEs, they should first consider these points. Because the rightful entreprenenur (s) whose wish to invest and benefit the local citizens of Africa is the one whose knows the problems there and wish to empathize with those citizens by giving them the rightful employment. But this aspiring entrepreneur may not afford getting the 20% of investment fund he may require to make this dream plan a reality. To develop a market, I think there are many ways to develop the developing market. Take a look at my next slide.

NOT EVERY AFRICAN ENTREPRENUR CAN GENERATE 20% OF INITIAL CAPITAL FOR INVESTMENT
