The reusable Relief Pak ® cold com-

presses remain malleable and soft

even when frozen. Relief Paks main-

tain their temperature for up to 30

minutes.

The heat compresses can be heated in water, in an oven or in a microwave and

then they maintain their temperature for about 30 minutes. For safety reasons,

the heat compresses should be wrapped in a terry towel or heavy hand towel.

The terry cloth covers are filled with foam. Velcro

straps secure the moist heat compresses. The cov-

ers are washable and can be used repeatedly.
