PAYMENT INFORMATION (All payments are accepted exclusively online at TRCBSA.ORG) Payment terms: A $100 deposit is required and is non-refundable. Payment may be made by eCheck or credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express). Full payment is due by March 31, 2017. Exhibitor is liable for the full booth price if the booth is cancelled within 30 days of date of the event. Cancellation MUST be in writing. Due Date/Late Fees: If the invoice balance is not paid in full 30 days prior to May 1, 2017, a $50 late fee will be added.
