The research show that 90% of the persons around the world are not aligned with their true inborn potentials. We cannot estimate even how much loss would have happened to this world due to the positioning of a Wrong Person at the Wrong Place (WP-WP).If we all were Right Person at the Right Place (RP-RP), it can be made possible to add real value to the lives of billions. WP-WP proves that billions of people around this world are living very far from their ultimate happiness because they do not have a perfect mechanism, which could help them to identify their strengths and prevailing weaknesses. We at Project 3G: “Mission with a Cause”- aim to transform the lives of people we co- exist with, to make this earth better place to live in by helping each and everyone become aware of their Inborn Potential and equip them to unleash the power of inner strengths,not through mere sharing of information but through Holistic & Integral Education. However, the paradigm devised in current standards lean towards: ‘Learn-Better, Score-Better and Rank Better’. Under such conditions, achieving the real aim will never be possible. An individual’s character depends on the hereditary and environment he/she is involved in. Signals present in one’s DNA define the potential of each individual and it becomes prominent through influence of social environment. Parallel to this, it is also linked to the sources of knowledge, which is instinct, intuition, inspiration and revelation as per the different epistemological concepts. Humans are also, known to be, controlled by their emotional and learning behavior. To build innovative formula from this it is important to merge Education, Technology, Neuro-Science, Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy. Thus, a new paradigm is begetting: An initiative and an attempt to decode this potential to empower as many individuals as possible.

‘DECODE YOUR IP’ is a mission to spot one’s potential, strengthen it and utilize in a right way. This seminar is a positive step for detecting the challenges and possibilities towards this mission from the experts of academia. The paucity of appropriate methods to identify the true inborn potential propelling Project 3G towards the direction to develop an innovative solution - a new method to identify the inborn potential of a person. This humble attempt is poss ible by comprehensive integration of various disciplines. The precision of this research initiative has to be validated in years to come.

The valuable opinions, advices and studies of various experts in diverse disciplines are inevitable for such research initiative committed to identify the inborn potential of an individual. However the Project not only keen on identifying the inborn potential but also to find a process too to decode it according to our real-life needs. As a result of in-depth research spanning across 6 Years spread over various countries, we have come to the conclusion that humans possess a unique potential within themselves, which may be called as Inborn Potential. The present neuro science findings will help us to develop more measurable parameters rather than the hypothetical approach of psychology. Sometimes it takes years to identify and even understand the inborn potential by one self. The major cause could be;non-availability of specific methods implemented to spot, discov-er or gauge one’s true potential accurately. This raises many questions;How do you find your Inborn Potential (IP)? How do you realize what your IP is capable of? What is the significance of one’s inborn potential? How many amongst us follow our true passions aligned with our inborn potential ? If everyone in this world knew what his or her Inborn Potential was, Earth would have been a happier place to live in. This means that for most of us, our lives are not aligned to the true potential we are born with.
