Date: 11/10/2011 Press Note Journalism Students performed Street Play to remove Corruption Ahmedabad: National Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism (NIMCJ) hosted 4-day Theatre and Drama Workshop. ‘AEK Rang’ Children’s Development Institute had organized theatre workshop for students to learn communication through acting and dramatics. In this workshop, students have learned street play, music composing, and improvisation through street play and theatre exercises. In this workshop, all the students had participated actively. On the last day of Workshop, students have performed a street play ‘Fight Against Corruption’ and ‘Eve Teasing’ at Prahaladnagar Garden as a part of their training which was appreciated by the audience with full hands. On the last day of the workshop, students were given certificate of participation by Dr. Shirish Kashikar, Director, NIMCJ and Kamlesh Prajapati, Chief Director, AEK Rang Children’s Development Institute.
