ActivaTeen is a new educational venture that is affiliated with BraveCenter LLC.

It is a blended program for teenagers which is one of the few to integrate new technology understanding with emotional well-being.

By using game systems at the core of the curriculum, teenagers will work on projects.

• Plug practical artificial intelligence applications, understand how to use data, become aware of digital and design tools and utilize social media effectively.

• Learn essential soft skills that will increase their socio emotional literacy.

All ActivaTeen programs have built in mindfulness modules that are proven to reduce anxiety, stress and reduce isolation.

Activateen is a collaboration between the businesses

and educators who wish to address the growing skills

gap. The leadership team, our teachers and our guest

speakers have worked in tech startups, fortune 100

companies, public schools, universities, nonprofits,

design agencies, government and gaming communities.

In a few years, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Machine

Learning, Mass 3D printing, Biotechnology, Virtual reality,

Deep Learning, Drones, Augmented Reality, Smart

Objects will be rooted in our everyday lives.

Education needs to evolve but through a partnership

with the corporate world to address the community

needs, foster innovation and fix the skills gap.

Companies are facing a huge skill gap today that will

continue to widen as 2020 approaches. Public school

education is underfunded and lagging behind. More kids

will graduate from schools without critical skills needed

by employers. ActivaTeen works to bridge the gap.

ONGOING EDUCATION: Black Belt model: Unlike other summer programs, ActivaTeen offers teens the option of continuing their education during the school year and building on the knowledge that they have gathered over the summer. We call it the Taekwondo model that takes teenagers from a white belt to a black belt over time and helps them learn critical tech skills.

SOFT SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Unlike other programs, ActivaTeen’s curriculum helps students learn how to collaborate, communicate and create more productively. As teens grow more hyper connected and more isolated, the program is geared towards cooperation and team building.

SELF-AWARENESS: As teens show more emotional and mental frailty due to unprecedented digital stress, ActivaTeen also incorporates mindfulness techniques that are proven to reduce stress and increase clarity.
