Initial statements

• Open an account in your name at the primary brokerage corp named Twice SIM - Intesa S.Paolo Bank Group)

• Deposit 1500000 € on the account and invest the amount in a Gov Treasury Bond

• The Client bears much more or to put it better

the 17.5% APR, in addition to the interest of the treasury government bond

• Thereby the Client gets 21.875 € monthly, paid in advance every 1th day of the month.

Next steps

• Contextually to the Client’s account opening and to the deposit of 1.500.000 €, the Graal’s dealer will deposit into Client’s account those 21.875 € as interests and plus the amount of € 75.000, that it will remain deposited to guarantee of the Customer till the term of the relationship

• The Client will invest the amount of 1500000 in a Gov Treasury Bond and will leave it in the account with Twice

Technical explanationWhy the Graal’s dealer deposits the guarantee (75000) besides the interests amount?

• The Graal’s Trader will make execute 15 orders monthly on the Exchange Derivatives Markets, to Client’s account

• The Graal’s Trader will utilize the 75000€ deposited by himself to cover the sole allowed loss

• Instead the 1500000 € deposited by the Client, will be utilized only as initial margins required by Clearing House BUT THEY WON’T BE DRAWN ON

• The 1500000 €, in fact, remain invested in the Gov. Treasury Bond

Technical details

• In concret terms the Graal’s trader is going to operate on Futures derivates Index

• The Future Index Italian worths 20000 points and is required the sum of 14500 € as initial margin guarantee plus an amount earmark for the possible loss

• The loss is set by The Graal’s Trader and it’s unrepeatable -unyelding - changelesse – indefectible

• The loss is exactly equal to the sum (75000€) that the Graal’s Trader has already deposited in the Client account

• Instead the Client deposits only the initial guarantee margins required by Clearing House Authorities but they BUT THEY WON’T BE DRAWN ON and remain invested in the Gov. Treasury Bond (i.e the 1500000 €)

Examples

• Graal’s Trader will execute 15 orders monthly• Every single order sized of 100 Futures contracts units and

with pre-set stop loss of 150 points and target pre-set of 15 points

• The order to Twice Broker will be always with these two conditionals and therefore it will not be able to occur nothing of different from that

• The Italian Future worths as said for example 20000 points and since it worths 5€ per point the grand total is 100.000€. The margin is always fixed to 14.5% and so The Client account will be hedged in 14500€ x 100 units = 1450000€

• The order then, as above conditioned, will get or a gain up to € 7500 (15 points x 5€ x 100) or a stop loss up to € 75000 (150 punti x 5 € x 100)

• That exact loss since beginning is covered by Graal’s Trader deposit of 75000 €

Operations carryin out

• The “up to sky earnings” guaranteed are possible because of in his turn the Graal’s Trader earns – pay attention - MONTHLY AND AFTER INTERESTS PAID IN ADVANCE TO THE CLIENT exactly 55562 €!!

• Here is the doubled convenience: Client earns the interests guranteed and in advance and the Graal trader earns with the Derivates orders on Market

• The Client never does not risk nothing and the Graal’s Trader risks only own money (i.e. 75000 € )

Client’s duties

• The Client will have to open an account, to himself intestate, at Twice brokerage house, with operativity on the Derivates and Realtick Trading platform (free)

• The Client will have to deposit in that own account at Twice the amount of € 1500000 necessary for margins at Clearing House, will have to invest that amount in a Gov Treasury Bond and leave it lin the account

• The Client after every Trading order will have to do a wire transfer, within 8.45 am GMT on the day next to Graal’s Trader, equal to the amount of the earning achieved from the Market order made on the previous day, after tax on capital gain (12.5%) and after fees due to Twice Broker (16 € per unit)

• For example, if the day 5 January the Graal Operator has carried out the usual stock exchange transaction and , therefore, gained 15 points of Future = 7500 €, since fees are 16 €, the grand total will be 5900 € and, after tax on capital gain to 12.5%, the final total net of € 5162,5 sum that the Client will transfer by wire to the Trader

Graal’s dealer duties

• Graal’s dealer will have to transfer to Client’s account at Twice Broker the sum for monthly interests in the amount deposited by the Client as initial margins for Clearing House guarantee + the sum for the possible loss and both in advance.

• For example the Client deposits on his own account at Twice Bro 1.500.000€ and the Graal dealer transfer to that Client’s account in advance, the monthly interests equal to € 21875 (17.5% yearly on 1500000= 262500 : 12 = 21875) besides the Graal Trader deposits in that client’s account at Twice in advance the amount for possible loss equal to € 75000 (750€ x 100 Future)

• The number of Futures per order is always 100. The stop loss is only one…i.e. after one stop loss the relationship tops off.

• CLIENT’S MONEY DO ONLY THE TRICK OF TRADING ORDERS SOLO BUT THEY WON’T BE DRAWN ON AND REMAIN INVESTED IN THE GOV TREASURY BOND

• INTERESTS ARE PAID MONTHLY IN ADVANCE• THE POSSIBLE LOSS IS COVERED BY THE MONEY

DEPOSITED BY GRAAL’S TRADER (75000 €)• IT’S NOT POSSIBLE TO LOSE BEYOND SUCH SUM ALREADY

DEPOSITED BY THE GRAAL’S TRADERE BECAUSE EVERY ORDER COMES PREVENTIVELY CONDITIONED TO THE MAXIMUM LOSS COVERED BY THE SUM DEPOSITED ALREADY BY THE GRAAL’S TRADER (THE 75000€)

THE SECOND WAY TO GET RICH

• The Client could also put himself in the Graal Trader’s shoes i.e. he could decide to not be content with interests earnings to 17.5 % on 1.500.000 € but to point to the earnings that Graal’s Trader achieves

• For the usual example of 1500000 € deposited, then the Client would renounce to 262500 € yearly or 21875 monthly but with the possibility to earn 77437€ monthly or 929250 € yearlyafter taxes and fees

• Obviously he would have to risk the loss of € 75000 that the Graal’s Trader risks as well and besides would have to deposit the amount that he already deposits fro margins of Clearing House ( i 1.500.000 €)

• Besides that, for the work lend from the Graal’s Trader, the Client will have to pour to him the 30% of the sum – after taxes and fees – of the gains.

• Overall the Client’s earnings would be € 54206 monthly or 650475 € yearly

• The system’s performance is: 1 stop loss VS 180 times gains yearly
