But, as much as I pinch myself, the only thing I hear is, “Ouch!” It is not a dream, but a reality. I am humbled by your selection and will do my best to serve you. I would like to thank all who prayed and especially the DOM search committee; Brian Gass, Cleo Moon, Jonathan Richardson, Bruce Shockley, Jeremy Hudgins, Randy Nichols, and Michael Cothren, in seeking God for a Director of Missions. Thanks for your faithfulness in serving us in this way. As I write this, Cash Point, Kelly’s Creek, Macedonia, McBurg, New Grove, and Taft are in the middle of their annual community revival. I really appreciate Michael Cothren, pastor Kelly’s Creek, in leading this. On the heels of this, the Flintville area churches will host their annual “Tent Revival”, April 14 th -19 th , meeting each night at 7:00pm across from Flintville School. They will also host an Easter Sunrise Service beginning at 6:00am. I encourage you to attend and bring a lost friend. It is always a joy to see our churches working together for the Kingdom of God. We are excited to have Vicki Hulsey, Childhood Specialist TBMB, come and share with us on the topic “Keeping Your Ministry Safe and Secure.” This training will be valuable to you and your children/youth workers in reducing the liability risk for your church. Training will take place at Kirkland Baptist Church, April 4 th , 6:30-8:00pm. As most of you know, Amy Leimer, our WCBA Ministry Assistant, is stepping downboo, hiss! She will be serving in her new position at Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic. Amy has gone above and beyond the call of duty and has been a blessing to us for many years. She has filled-the-gap in many ways especially during the time without a DOM. We are in the process of selecting her replacementwhich is hard to do. Once this is completed, we will look for an appropriate time to show Amy our thanks. If you have not had a chance to go by and see what God is doing at Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic, you need to. Thanks to Amanda Curtis, her staff, and the numerous volunteers and groups who have worked to bring this to fruition. I would ask you consider supporting them financially. You can donate online at www.cpregclinic.com or by mail at: Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic, 1237 Huntsville Hwy. Suite E, Fayetteville, TN 37334. Regardless, one thing we all can and should do is pray for this ministry. You will see other opportunities going on within the life of God’s church in the WCBA. It is hard to believe I am sitting here in my new office writing for the WCBA newsletter as the

new Director of Missions. But, as much as I pinch myself, the only thing I hear is, “Ouch!” It is

not a dream, but a reality. I am humbled by your selection and will do my best to serve you. I

would like to thank all who prayed and especially the DOM search committee; Brian Gass, Cleo

Moon, Jonathan Richardson, Bruce Shockley, Jeremy Hudgins, Randy Nichols, and Michael

Cothren, in seeking God for a Director of Missions. Thanks for your faithfulness in serving us in

this way.

As I write this, Cash Point, Kelly’s Creek, Macedonia, McBurg, New Grove, and Taft are in the

middle of their annual community revival. I really appreciate Michael Cothren, pastor Kelly’s

Creek, in leading this. On the heels of this, the Flintville area churches will host their annual “Tent

Revival”, April 14th-19th, meeting each night at 7:00pm across from Flintville School. They will

also host an Easter Sunrise Service beginning at 6:00am. I encourage you to attend and bring a

lost friend. It is always a joy to see our churches working together for the Kingdom of God.

We are excited to have Vicki Hulsey, Childhood Specialist TBMB, come and share with us on the

topic “Keeping Your Ministry Safe and Secure.” This training will be valuable to you and your

children/youth workers in reducing the liability risk for your church. Training will take place at

Kirkland Baptist Church, April 4th, 6:30-8:00pm.

As most of you know, Amy Leimer, our WCBA Ministry Assistant, is stepping down—boo, hiss!

She will be serving in her new position at Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic. Amy has gone above and

beyond the call of duty and has been a blessing to us for many years. She has filled-the-gap in

many ways especially during the time without a DOM. We are in the process of selecting her

replacement—which is hard to do. Once this is completed, we will look for an appropriate time to

show Amy our thanks.

If you have not had a chance to go by and see what God is doing at Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic,

you need to. Thanks to Amanda Curtis, her staff, and the numerous volunteers and groups who

have worked to bring this to fruition. I would ask you consider supporting them financially. You

can donate online at www.cpregclinic.com or by mail at: Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic, 1237

Huntsville Hwy. Suite E, Fayetteville, TN 37334. Regardless, one thing we all can and should do

is pray for this ministry.

You will see other opportunities going on within the life of God’s church in the WCBA. I look

forward to working with you as we reach Lincoln and beyond with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Welcome to Love Packages - A ministry aimed at putting Christian literature and bibles into the hands of people

around the world. Christians all across the USA—people just like you—donate bibles, Sunday School materials,

books, and more. We send them to ministries in many poor countries for free distribution to people hungry for

the Word of God. These are materials that would have collected dust on shelves or been thrown away. Now it's

being used to reach souls for Christ, encourage and build up the Church, and raise up and train leaders to shine

the light in dark places. Our Mission: Love Packages exists to glorify God through the distribution of the Word

of God to hungry hearts throughout the world, that His Name would be made famous and that He would receive

the reward for His suffering.

Old literature can be brought to the WCBA office. They are especially in need of new and used Bibles including

pew Bibles. Also, if any ladies have used purses they would like to donate we can get them to a missionary in

Africa that uses them in her ministry.
