A Coffee Jazz Mixer, or CJM, is a private social business demonstration that allows you, the Distributor, to not only share the Organo Gold products, but also educate people about the Organo Gold business opportunity. CJMs are a quick and relatively easy way to show and sell products to people outside of your social circle, thus increasing your customer base.

We recommend hosting 4 CJMs per week because CJMs will help you not only build personal momentum with new customers but will also helpyou with the group momentum that will come from new Distributors joining your team.

The ultimate goal of Coffee Jazz Mixers are to increase your customer base and attract new customers and Distributors, however, there are more goals to keep in mind:

• Create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere• Increase the number of people who know about Organo Gold’s amazing products by educating them

about the benefits of Ganoderma• Expose those who have not been introduced to the Organo Gold business opportunity• Generate on-going business• Ultimately increase your customer base and attract new customers

Within the first seven days of beginning with Organo Gold, experience the power of Organo Gold products while you share the opportunity with others! Schedule at least one CJM per week.

Recommended Days and Times for CJMs:

• Weekdays: 7pm • Saturday between 2pm and 7pm• Sundays between 3pm and 6pm

If you are building your business on a part-time basis and work during the week, become a Weekend Warrior by hosting or supporting multiple CJMs in one day. If you’re in a market where there is a weekly Business Briefing, it is always recommended that you support the meeting and not hold a local CJM those nights. Business Briefings are a great opportunity for you to BAM FAM (book a meeting from a meeting) guests who attended your CJMs so they can take another look at Organo Gold and meet some of the other Distributors to assist in their decision-making process.

We recommend inviting The 4 Checkers; they are individuals who are:

1. Self-starters

2. Influential

3. Teachable, trainable and coachable

4. Have financial resources

Experience has shown that The 4 Checkers turn out to be great customers, business partners or referral sources.

Another great way to brainstorm for potential prospects is to use the OG Memory Jogger. Please refer to the “OG Memory Jogger” document available in the BackOffice.

Here are some recommended locations in which Organo Gold Distributors have successfully hosted Coffee Jazz Mixers:

• Homes• Clubhouses• Offices• Restaurants• Hotels• Private Rooms

The best location will always be in your own home — your living room or den. The personal atmosphere that living rooms and dens provide will allow you to develop strong relationships with your new business partners and customers.

Inviting Guests

Create a guest list to determine who you would like to invite. In order to achieve a desirable guest turnout, personal touch through a phone call is proven to work best. The actual written invitation should only be a follow up to this personal phone call.

Realistic Expectations

For a list of approximately 50 people, here’s an estimate of what to expect:

• 30 – 35 will answer the phone• 15 – 20 will confirm • 7 – 10 will show up

Be confident and congratulate yourself regardless of how many prospects have confirmed.

Things to Keep In Mind When Inviting Prospects

• Explain the social nature of a Coffee Jazz Mixer to ensure attendance• Get a definite yes or no from potential guests; “I will try to come” usually means no• Ask guests to arrive promptly and have an idea of how many to expect so no one is kept waiting• Send e-mails or text message reminders to guests on the day of the presentation• Your up-line will be more than willing to help you; your success is very important to them

Co�ee Tasting & Hosting:

• Have things cleaned and organized before the CJM• Make sure there are enough chairs for everyone• Play some soft jazz - we recommend the Dare to be Diamond* album or Unwrapped Volume 2

on Amazon• As guests arrive, ask them how they drink their coffee-black or with cream and sugar• Have plenty of product on hand

Introduction:

• Turn the music off, stand in front of the room, and re-introduce yourself and your affiliation with Organo Gold and the products

• Mention how there are recipes to help customize and combine multiple products by visiting organogold.com/community/barista

• After introducing yourself, go to the next step and start the Presentation

Presentation:

• Turn on your DVD player and put in the OG Presentation DVD & The Coffee That Pays DVD. Press play and share the Business Overview, Compensation Plan and testimonies from Diamonds

Conclusion and Enrollment:

• If you have multiple Organo Gold Distributors in attendance, have them give a brief introduction of themselves by having them share their name, professional background and what they love most about Organo Gold. Goal is to show diversity and connect with guests

• Let guests know you’ll have a 5 minute enrollment period for them to fill out applications and get their questions answered

Critical Note: Music should be turned back on and each person should be spoken to individually. This allows you to control the energy and conversations in the room.
