To access this roadway, please take W. 59th Street heading West from 10th/11th Avenues (towards the Hudson River) until it ends. The road bends to the left and becomes the inner roadway. Look for Ground Personnel in fluorescent vests for directions at the turn (located under the highway). Cars will be dispatched to Pier 94 as space becomes available. Please have patience in this process and while waiting, secure your hangtag to your rearview mirror, making sure that your cell number and name are noted on this tag. Kindly note: since there is only one Pier available for unloading, if possible, have at least one additional person in your vehicle with you so that you can both unload and one person drives the car away while the other brings your dog and equipment into the Pier. this is being done so that we can keep the line moving. Please let Site Control Personnel in front of the Pier know if you would like help with unloading. Large carts will be available on site for this purpose.

1. regardless of the ownership of the dog(s) oneexhibitor’s gate admission for all days per venueis sent for each dog entered and is needed for admittance. The person accompanying the dogmust show an admission ticket and the dogidentification before the dog will be admitted.dO NOt BrINg aNY dOgs that are NOt eNtered. There is no provision for unentereddogsatthisshow.exhibitors must preserve their dog identifications which must be surrendered when dogs are removed from the show. see also premium list pages 7, 11, 20, 24, 39.

2. Allregularexhibitortickets,dogiD's,etc.,aresenttotheaddressnotedontheentryform.Ownersortheowners'dulyauthorizedagentareresponsibleforthecorrectness. No duplicate packets are mailed.Seepage11ofthePremiumListregardingtheForeignMailOption.

security for pier 94 is included in your entry packet. NOte: private security at this show is ONlY available through Ferguson security. there will be security coverage at madison square garden, however, there is no individual personal security guard service available at msg.

1. Theconformationjudgingstartspromptly;noexceptionfor tardiness. During the hours of judging exhibitors are tobeoncallandhavetheirdogsreadytobringintotheringpromptly.

2. Theownerofthedogorthehandlerisresponsibleforthepresenceoftheirdoginthejudgingring.ThereisnoruleofthisClubortheAmericanKennelClubthatrequiresajudgetowaitforanownerorhandlertobringhisdogintothe ring.

3. wrIstBaNds are required for access to the ReadyRings. Exhibitor Wristbands may be picked up at theMB-FOfficeonPier94.Youmustpresentyourdog'siDtogetyourWristband.HandlerswithanAgentnumbermayalsopickuptheirWristbandsattheSupt.OfficeonPier94beginningat10:00a.m.onSaturday.

4. all cell phones, pagers, beepers, etc. must be on “mute” or “vibrate” when in the ring area. persons with ringing or toning cell phones, pagers, beepers, etc. will be escorted from the ring area. No cell phone photos/videos are permitted.

OverNIght BeNChINg

1. exhibitors wishing to bench their dogs' overnight prior to their show day should do so in the designated areas on pier 94. these areas will have security guard presence. please NOte: an identification sticker must be affixed to your crate with emergency contact information NOted. stickers are mandatory and may be obtained at the superintendent's office. exhibitors desiring NOt to bench your dogs in the designated security areas will be reQuIred to complete a liability release form provided by westminster.

2. dogs must be removed from these designated areas by 6:00 a.m. the following morning.

1. TheWKC,theSuperintendentandsitemanagementwillnotberesponsibleforthelossordamagetoanydogorpropertyofanyexhibitor,whethertheresultofaccidentoranyothercause.itisexpresslyunderstoodthateverydogat theshowis in thecareandcustodyandcontrolofitsownerorhandlerduringthetimethedogisontheshowpremises.SeealsotheAgreementonthereverseofthe entry form.

2. The welfare of an exhibitor’s/spectator’s child is theresponsibility of the exhibitor/spectator. it is expresslyunderstood that exhibitors/spectators will exercisecontrolandrestraintovertheirchildrenwhiletheyareontheshowpremises.TheuseofchildstrollersisNOTrecommended.

3. The Westminster Kennel Club and its Superintendentcautionallpersonsenteringtheshowsiteandshowgroundstobeobservant of hazardswhichmay exist, including,butnotlimitedto:Conditionofthesite/grounds,parking/loading/unloadingareas,entrances,floorsandstairways,elevators and escalators, floor coverings, walkways,tenting/canopies,electricalappliances,cordsandfittings,exercisepens,andthepresenceofanimals.Allpersonsshould take into consideration this is a sporting eventanddress, act andexercise cautionappropriate for theactivity involved. All persons entering the show, thegrounds,siteandshowareasforwhateverpurposedosoentirelyattheirownrisk.Byvirtueofenteringtheshow,theentranthas indicatedtheiracceptanceofthetermslistedinthispremiumlistandassumesallrisksinvolved.

4. eQuIpmeNt

1. TheClub and its Superintendent provide assistance toexhibitors and handlers in unloading and placing theircratesandgroomingtables.Benching/groomingareaswillbearrangedinrows;aisleswillbetofacilitateexhibitorsandtoexpeditethesafeandsmoothoperationoftheshow.Byenteringthisshow,exhibitorsandhandlersagreetofollowalldirectionsofthespecialassistantschargedwitharranging and maintaining orderly conditions in these areas.Abuseoftheseassistantswillnotbetolerated.

2. grooming will take place at the dog's bench in each of the show venues. grooming tables in excess of 24 x 48 inches are not permitted at pier 94. tables must be folded when not in use. Benching/grooming of dogs in areas other than those specified is not permitted. all crates/tack units must be stacked.

grooming tables will be provided by the Club for the BOB/v winners at msg. these tables are the property of the westminster kennel Club and may not be removed from the show site. see also premium list page 37, items #3, #5 and #8.

3. No Flexi/retractable leads or stacking trainer equipment permitted at this show.

4. Fabric crates are not permitted at this show. all Crated dOgs must Be IN Crates that permit the public to easily view the dog.

5. No private exercise pens are allowed anywhere in each of the show venue precincts. public exercise pens will be for multiple dogs at all times. dogs must be on lead in exercise pens. No exceptions. a separate area will be provided for bitches in season. Owners/handlers are to clean-up after their dogs. Blocking off exercise pens is NOt permitted.

6. a small chair can be placed between bench and grooming table. For the safety of all, no other tables and other furniture are allowed in the benching areas. aisles will be delineated by taping. No aisle obstruction is permitted.

7. Handbills,circulars,orotherprintedmattermaynotbedistributedatthisshow.

8. Allcordsonfloormustbetapeddowntoavoidtrippinghazards.

9. NeitherWKCnor theSuperintendent is responsible foranyequipmentorsuppliesorotherbelongingsleftonthebenchesoratanyoftheshowvenues.

Best of Breed/variety dogs must arrive at madison square garden by 5:00 p.m. monday or tuesday evening and may be released beginning at 9:00 p.m. (see also premium list Obedience pages 21-24). they must be removed from the benching areas at madison square garden by 11:30 p.m. on monday, February 10, 2020 and tuesday, February 11, 2020. No dogs may remain in madison square garden overnight.

3. All dogs will be benched. the Four variety group winners from monday must be benched on tuesday at pier 94 from 11:00 a.m. e.s.t. until 2:30 p.m. e.s.t. Allexhibitorswillbeassignedaspecificbenchingrowormulti-breed status. All dogswill be on their benches ontheirrespectivejudgingdaysandmustbeabletobeviewedbythepublic.a bench card displaying the dog's bench/armband number will be supplied by the superintendent at the dog’s bench. those benched in the multi-Breed area must attach the bench card to each dog's crate. Alldogsmusthavethecratestickerwiththeexhibitor'snameandcontactinformationforthedurationoftheshowlocated at their bench or on the dog’s crate.

trucksTake George Washington Bridge to 178th Street (Truck Route). Turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway to 55th St. Turn right onto W 55th St. Cross over the West Side Highway and turn left into the Passenger Ship Terminal – Pier 94.

Carslincoln tunnel (from 95) - take 40th St. to 10th Ave. and a left on 55th St.

george washington Bridge - From Ny Side take Rt. 9A, Henry Hudson Parkway south/downtown. Proceed south on Henry Hudson Pkwy to last exit at 56th St., stay right for thru traffic. Passenger Ship Terminal is 1 block ahead on right. Paid parking on roof. Rt. 80 or Palisades Parkway - to George Washington Bridge to Ny side and follow directions for Henry Hudson Parkway. Proceed south on Henry Hudson Pkwy to last exit, at 56th St, stay right. Passenger Ship Terminal is 1 block ahead on right.

garden state parkway - To exit 153 or N.J. Turnpike to Exit 16E (better). Then Rt. 3 E to Lincoln Tunnel, follow signs for Lincoln Tunnel. Exit tunnel and make left turn, travel north on 10th Ave., and left onto 55th St. Cross 12th Ave. and follow signs to Passenger Ship Terminal.

holland tunnel - follow signs for "Uptown" right on Hudson, left on Canal. Proceed four blocks to West St. and turn right. West St. becomes 12th Ave. Follow "Thru Traffic" signs. Continue north on 12th Ave. and follow signs to Passenger Ship Terminal. (Left at 55th St.)

Queens midtown tunnel - when exiting bear right to 34th St. Go west on 34th to 12th Ave. Make right turn, go north to 55th St., make a left at 55th St. and follow signs to Terminals.
