Relations between sales representatives
Sales representatives must work as a team, help each other, give some advices, listen to others members of their team. It will improve relations between sales representatives and the work will be more effectively
Delivery dates
Delivery dates is one of the most important things because delivery definite period indicates how accurately the firm operates. We must completely eliminate the possibility of delivery after the deadline.
Reports
We also need to notify the customer during all the details of delivery.
Payment system
Payment should be made in full or our finance department should be contacted with you
Sharing information
Between management, employees and consumers must be direct and reverse contacts. Information must come from the management to the staffs. And information must come from staffs and customers to the management. The leadership must analyze this information and make the right decision. The company needs to rearrange a communication system
Customer loyalty
Customer loyalty in our department is used to describe the behavior of repeat customers, as well as those who offer good ratings or reviews
