The propositions will appear on the all mail -in ballot election, November 7, 2017: All Mail-In Ballot Election Although the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce doesn’t normally support increase in taxes, the Chamber does support the passage of Propositions 416 and 417 for the following reasons: The safety of the general public, quality of life, transportation of goods and services and eco- nomic development within Pinal County will be positively impacted. There is a ‘cap’ on any personal -item purchase over $10,000; any amount over $10,000 will not be charged the ½-cent tax.
