The Victor Indoor Percussion Ensemble (VIPE) is a 7-�me New York State Percussion Champion, a two-�me WGI world championships finalist, and the 2017 WGI Class A bronze medalist. The Victor Indoor Percussion Ensemble is under the direc�on of Mark Gowman.
