Thursday 19th and Friday 20th of Oct will be dedicated to professionals and policymakers (B2B & B2G). (Pro-days)

2. Position yourself

The venue is divided into zones. We charge 40% for the premium zone. Positions are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The earlier you book the better your chance of securing your preferred position.

3. Book early

Booth sizes & prices

We encourage companies to use our simple build structure of wooden walls covered by fabric. Our venue is a beautiful heritage building with parquet floors and natural light so there is no need to invest in expensive custom builds. The focus of Autonomy is on experiencing new mobility so we encourage you to take advantage of the test track facilities if you have a product to sell and of the many workshops we organize if you present a service.

Autonomy offers you the opportunity to exhibit on the pro days, the public day or both. Exhibitors who have chosen not to exhibit on the public day will be assisted with their move out on the Friday afternoon.

We charge a handling fee of 10% on all extras.

Startup offers

Our Startup District is focused on companies disrupting the way we move in cities. We limit the Startup District to the 100 best applications that we believe our VC community, sponsors, exhibitors and public will be most interested in.

All startups are able to apply at no additional cost to the pitch sessions where the best 35 startups are given the opportunity to pitch to VCs from around the world interested in mobility.

Startup booths are pre-built with our fabric covered wooden walls leaving the exhibitor free to brand the space.

Test track offers

As in 2016, Autonomy will offer 3 test tracks:

• Indoor test track for micro-mobility exhibitors

• Outdoor test track for 2-wheeled mobility like e-bikes, e-scooters and cargo bikes. Free to all exhibitors.

• Dedicated autonomous vehicle test track. Free to sponsors and exhibitors with a booth greater than 50m2.
