BEYOND THE SPEECH: AN EXPLORATION OF MLK’S LIFE AND COLLEGE YEARS Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020 | 3:30-4:30 p.m. Hoffman Auditorium, Bruyette Athenaeum Light refreshments to follow Special guest Alpha Phi Alpha, MLK’s fraternity, will join us. The Beta Sigma Lambda Chapter will share about MLK’s college years and how those years influenced his revolutionary work later in life. The event will include a musical performance by Bloomfield-based group Sacred Harmony and a step show performance by Kappa Delta, the Undergraduate Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha at UConn.
