about each companys strategic position.

A short report (approximately 5 pages) is to be submitted electronically via email by Monday, 15th

November 2015. Please submit in .doc format.

Content of the report:

1. Profile Company 1 and Company 2 within your chosen industry

2. Perform SWOT Analysis on both Company 1 and 2 with references for statements whenever

possible

3. Summarise Company 1s position with reference to Company 2 and discuss its strategy and how it

competes within that industry
