Tuck away your hair This may come as a surprise, but wax tends to be sticky and if there is a small unruly hair, you

are in for a fun time. We recommend pulling your hair back into a high pony and using an elastic hair band to pull back your baby-hairs, especially around the hairline.

covered! Teething Gel is a great topical ointment that can be applied on and around your brow area to gently numb and ease any pain, that you are prone to experience. Apply the gel

2-3 minutes before waxing your brows, allow it to soak in before wiping off whatever is left over. Pinch your brow to test the sensitivity.

Work out the angles The trick to shaping your brows is sticking to your natural brow line and just cleaning up the edges. You can work out where your brows should start, end and arch by using the Billion

Dollar Brow Buddy to mark out where you should start and end (We’ve used the Brow Buddy, but you can just as easily use a pen or even makeup brush, in the same way).

Place the Brow Buddy in the closed position, with your nose in the centre. This is where your brow will begin. Use an eyebrow pencil or eyeliner to make a mark on the inside of the tool.

Looking straight ahead, start opening the Brow Buddy and extend the prong until it lines up with the outside circle of your iris. This is the arch of your eyebrow. Use an eyebrow pencil or

eyeliner to make a mark on the inside of the tool.

Lastly, open the Brow Buddy until the prong lines up with outer corner of your eye. This is where your brow ends. Use an eyebrow pencil or eyeliner to make a mark on the inside of the

tool.

If you’re still struggling, connect the dots by following the natural shape of your brow, to create an outline of where you should tweeze and/or wax.

PRO TIP: Always wash your face before waxing as the wax struggles to stick when your skin is covered in makeup, moisturisers or natural oils, making it ineffective. If you’re really struggling with the pinch of waxing or tweezing, try showering beforehand, as the hot steam will open up

your pores and make it a little easier to remove stubborn hairs.

Let’s get waxing Cut your wax strips into smaller pieces to easier manage around your brow area.

Rub the sealed strip between your hands to warm the wax, making it extra sticky.

Separate the wax film and line up the first strip so that it connects your first two dots, which you’ve already made in the previous step.

Continue using smaller strips of wax to clear around the brow area, always sticking to your dotted guide.

Clean off the wax Wax can irritate your skin and might even cause a breakout. Veet conveniently includes wipes that are infused with oils and helps remove any leftover tackiness. Make sure to remove any

traces of wax to ensure that your skin doesn’t flare up in the week to follow.

PRO TIP: Always groom your brows in a well-lit area preferably in natural light

PRO TIP: If you’re struggling to pluck tiny hairs, try lifting your brow by using your finger just above the area and making an upward motion.

Tweeze unruly hairs Waxing helps get rid of the overgrown areas, but you may still need to pluck out the smaller or ingrown hairs around your brow (or even eyelid). Make sure to always use a good quality pair

of tweezers that are sterilized, to prevent any bacterial infections.

Brush them up Use a brow wand to brush the hairs of your brows up.

Trim Use a brow scissors to cut the ends of your brows all the same length by gently gliding the

scissors against your brow bone as you go.

Brush and Go! Brush the hairs back into place and you’re ready to go!
