Bauma, the world’s biggest exhibition for any industry sector, will see the largest ever UK Pavilion comprising 37 exhibitors. Following a change of product segmentation, the UK Pavilion has moved to an improved prominent position at the front of one of the major earthmoving halls – B5.
The CEA is the UK trade association representing the equipment manufacturers, from OEMs like JCB, Caterpillar, Terex and Komatsu, through the supply chain and associated services. The construction equipment sector in the UK is worth in excess of US$18.5 billion each year to the UK and the sector employs over 50,000 people.
The CEA is delighted to be presenting the 2016 UK Pavilion. With the sponsorship of BIS – the UK government’s Department of Trade, we hope that this event will expose the UK companies exhibiting to many potential buyers, end users and partners.
The CEA has been very fortunate to have been awarded a grant from BIS to enable us to promote the UK construction equipment sector generically both before and during the show and to run a networking event. Individual exhibitors have received support from UKTI.
