This document will collect the most prominent harassers,stalkers, delators and trolls that have imposed a reign ofintimidation and fear in Lithuania. Is a work in progress and willbe updated regularly with new information about this shamefulepisode of the Lithuanian history.

This document is awork in process and will be weekly updated. It will collect the most prominent Lithuanian harassers,stalkers delators and trolls. The ugly faces of ugly people that have created several networks ofharassers, stalkers, informants and trolls specialized in "hunting" Lithuanian citizens that think that theUkrainian maidan was a coup and that are against the current Lithuanian political leadership. The uglyfaces of Lithuania. The ugly faces of Lithuania are specialists in sending messages to the employers ofthose Lithuanian citizens that express their opinion against the maidan or that are against NATO.People here fear them because they don´t want to be included in their black "lists" of "vatniks","koloradas" and "kolaborantas". Lists that are circulating in the Lithuanian networks of harassers andtrolls. Some of them in the payroll of the VSD ( Lithuanian State Security Department). Those guys arethe "Ugly Face of Lithuania". And they constitute a book project as well. We are doing like them. Takinginformation, analyzing where they are working, what they are doing. Collecting information about them.We will publish a small book and we will create a site with their names, surnames and their curriculumvitae. People abroad has the right to know what is happening in this small baltic country. Our objectiveis that the citizens of Lithuania stop fearing them. They are nothing. They are just clowns, ugly men andwomen without principles, ethics and that should not be even allowed to travel out of this country. Someof them should be actually taking medication in some psiyhiatric institutiton. They don´t share the sameset of values than the citizens in the "west". They are totalitarian and sociophatic minded people thatdon´t respect basic democratic principles. They don't respect others opinions or points of view.Totalitarianism is not an ideology is a behaviour. And "the ugly faces of Lithuania" are the same kind ofpeople that sent the Lithuanian citizens to the gulag, or the same kind of people that sent 50.000Lithuanian jews to the extermination camps, or the same kind of people that hunted communists ornazis or jews or anyone who opposed who had the power at any time. Such people have alwaysworked with anyone with power. They were fascists when the fascists ruled. They were communistswhen the communists ruled. They were patriots when the patriots ruled. They were pro-European whenthe pro-European ruled. But always with their totalitarian attitude and mind-set. Creating lists of"enemies" to "purge" or "exterminate". #uglyface #lithuania

Justinas Freitakas, born in Rokiskis (a Lithuanian village). He works asa security guard in Securitas. He collects information about Lithuaniancitizens opposed to the Ukrainian maidan or anti NATO activists andlater he distributes this information among several pro hate speechnetworks. He is contacting even the employers, sending themmessage to sack their employees just because they think different thanthe President of Lithuania. Jonas Cicenas. A radical supporter of the maidan coup. He is one ofthe most active harassers and stalkers on facebook. He collectsinformation about the Lithuanian citizens that are against PetroPoroshenko or criticizing EU or NATO. And later he contacts theiremployers. According to his profile he is working in the Swiss Instituteof Bioinfirmatics. An institution that should be contacted since this manis a dangerous stalker. Madam Rita Makselyte. She is an active harasser and stalker andinvolved in different pro-hate speech groups. She is contcting theemployers of the Lithuanian citizens that don't share her point of viewon foreign affairs or her narrative about the Ukrainian maidan coup.She tries the employers sack them by bullying and harassingemployees and employers. Mr. Ricardas Savukynas a.k.a Hannibal Lecter. One of the ugliest facesin Lithuania. Ugly and freak. He created one of the most aggressivenetworks of harassers and hooligans on faceboook. Hunting peoplethat don't support NATO or dislike the Ukrainian maidan regime. He isspecialist in contacting employers asking them to sack the Lithuaniancitizens that post their opinion on facebook or other social mediaagainst Petro Poroshenko or NATO. His group "Jorkšyrų elfai" is agathering of the ugliest faces of Lithuania. A group of freaks, trolls andmentally unbalanced people that should be studied by professionalpsychiatrists.#LTuglyface #lithuaniauglyface






Mr. Vytenis Petrusevicius. He defines himself as a "enterpreneur". Heis living in Kaunas. He is very active in several Lithuanian facebookgroups of harassers and aggressive pro-maidan trolls. He shows hispatriotism using the US flag. Very pro-European buddy. #Ltuglyface#Lithuaniauglyface






The list of Sigitas Martinavicius . After two years of "maidan" Lithuania has morphed into ahighly authoritarian state. The local controlled media are publishing and broadcasting childishpropaganda demonizing the Donbass rebels (they call them "terrorists" when no country in theworld except Kiev included them in the list of terrorist groups). The President of the country, D.Grybauskaite reintroduced the military compulsory service and is spending huge chunk of thepublic budget in buying old-fashioned second hand tanks and weaponery to the USA. The mainvictims of the maidan in Lithuania have been the Lithuanian citizens that have to endure adegradation in the living standards and a reduction of their freedoms and civil rights. TheLithuanian state created a special prosecutor focused on "fighting Russian propaganda". Thisprosecutor has conducted special operations targeting those Lithuanian citizens that were postingon facebook and other social media and using their constitutional right to express their opinionsand points of view regarding to the Ukrainian conflict and Lithuanian foreign policy. There is ainstitutionalized network of NKVD style pro-government informants, delators and harassers thatare creating "black lists" of "pro-Kremlin agents" (like the one attached to this post). They




coordinate their actions in several russophobic and pro-hatred speech facebook groups and aresending messages to the companies and institutions where the alleged "koloradas" "vatniks" and"agents" of Putin are employed. They even are calling the employers to kick out those employeesthat are posting information or their opinions on facebook or other social media. Some educators(teachers, lecturers and professors) have been threatened and some of them even were"removed" from their jobs as a consequence of the campaign initiated by the members of thisLithuanian NKVD style network of delators and harassers. The campaign of harassment againstcitizens and political dissenters is encouraged by the Lithuanian government through a permanentpropaganda campaign promoted by the government media. Opponents to the Ukrainian maidanand against the Poroshenko regime and those who denounce the atrocities committed by thebattalions of Ukrainian ultranationalists are criminalized by the local media and the social networkscontrolled or sponsored by the government. This situation should be publicly denounced to EUinstitutions and international media since goes against the EU legislation that protects the right ofthe citizens to express their opinion on foreign and domestic affairs. This kind of behaviour is moretypical of a totalitarian society than of a democratic country that claims to be free, open, tolerantand fully integrated in the West.
