The Two Tenors Barry Craft An American trained artist, tenor Barry Craft has earned the reputation as one of the most sought-after singers of the current generation. His lyric tenor is especially suited to the very high tessitura found in the Bel Canto operas of Bellini, Donizetti, and in symphonic works such as Orff's Carmina Burana. Barry has sung leading tenor roles with numerous opera companies and is always invited for return engagements. He is at home on both the recital and symphonic stages as well having performed the entire major oratorio repertoire with many internationally famous orchestras. Barry performed for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of England and has performed for members of the Royal Family of Japan as well as President Kovac of the Slovak Republic. In addition to his work as a lyric tenor, Mr. Craft has also made his mark as a stage director having directed productions of Puccini's Gianni Schicchi, Bach's St. Matthew Passion, and Menotti's Amahl and the Night Visitors. Barry holds degrees in vocal performance from the University of North Texas and Texas A & M Commerce. Jacob Taylor Jacob Taylor is an extremely versatile artist. He has a beautiful voice suited to both traditional and contemporary singing styles. Barry says of Jacob: "I have heard a lot of young musicians on my musical jour- ney. They tend to be excellent in the studio and then fall apart in front of an audience of any size. It is the audience that brings out the best in Jacob. He is a “no fear” performer with a musical artistry level far be- yond his actual age.” Even more important Jacob is a dedicated Chris- tian young man and an example to all people of his generation. Jacob first began playing trumpet in Jr. High in the Lake Dallas TX school system. He was the first chair trumpeter in his High School Band and also played lead trumpet in the High School Jazz band. Other honors include All-Region Band and Division One ratings at solo contest. He began his work with the Two Tenors concert as a guest artist trumpeter playing his first concert at age 16 and recording his first CD at age 17. He has toured Japan, Europe and Canada as both a singer and trum- peter. While appearing as a Two Tenors guest artist he became inter- ested in singing and worked diligently to achieve the beautiful mature voice he has today. Jacob is also an accomplished guitarist and com- poses his own songs. He has three recordings to his credit. The Two Tenors concert finds Jacob performing concerts all over the United States, Canada, and Asia more than 100 times per year. Moses sent out the twelve spies to survey the land that

God had promised them. Ten of the spies used their

natural abilities to give an accurate report of what they

saw. Only two of the spies gave a report not based on

their natural abilities. Their report was based on

revelation. It revealed a vision of what they would

become – GIANTS!
