The TRB-PII series is the product of a series of refinementsby our craftsmen to our TRB series. Their exquisite bodiesare crafted from light weight ash and your choice of flamedmaple, ovangkol or buvinga tops. Finely sculpted for anergonomic fit they incorporate through body necks with 35"scale lengths. Along with a pair of double-coil Alnico J-stylepickups, a piezo-electric pickup is utilized to add the fullwarmth and depth of the body’s beautiful resonance. Activecircuit tone controls include a 3-band EQ for precise soundtailoring, a Piezo Volume and Balancer that let’s you mix thesignal from the piezo and double-coil pickups, and finally aMaster Volume. Precision tuning is accomplished with goldtuners while beautifully machined individual bridges anchoreach string to the instrument.

The TRB series basses still offer today’s leading bassists an instrument that iscapable of transforming their visionary playing styles into reality. Available in4-, 5- and 6-string configurations as well as a 5-string fretless model, all models(except the John Patitucci model) feature 35" scale bolt-on rosewood necks andergonomically sculpted bodies of ash. Active electronics include an extremelyaccurate 3-band EQ for precise sound tailoring and tonal versatility.Designed to his exact specifications, the John Patitucci model features a customsculptured body of highly figured maple, ash and alder. Attached to the body isa 6-string bolt on neck with a 34" scale length, double truss rods, custom neckinlays and gold tuners. Electronics feature an active 5-way control system thatlets you get just the sound you want, right at your fingertips.
