(3) Change of Exhibition Application, or Cancellation

① The change of number of booth is not accpted after the exhibition application deadline

(31st, Dec., 2014).

② In case of canceling exhibition after payment of charge for booth, the charge cannot be

returned.

③ In case of canceling exhibition after the exhibition application deadline, please consult

with secretariat and follow its directions.

④ Secretariat may refuse exhibition , when contents of application is judged not suitable for

exhibition goal.

4. Information about Exhibition, Decoration and Booth

(1) Basic booth form and structure

① Size & Floor Area

- Standard type booth…width 2,970mm × depth 1,980mm(center-to-center dimension )

about 5.9 ㎡

- Compact type booth…width 1,980mm × depth 1,980mm(center-to-center dimension )

about 3.9 ㎡ )

② Arrangement

Standard(Compact) type booth can be arranged single sequence or double sequence.

According to exhibitor's hope, Island type arrangement is possible also.

But,combination of Standard type booth and Compact one is impossible.

③ Thickness of panel

Between each booth, a partition-panel(thickness 4mm) is installed. .

For details, see "4-(4) Structure of basic booth".

(2) Booth Assignment

① The booth assignment of the venue will be made by secretariat ,taking such factors into

consideration as whole exhibition composition, total number of booth, demonstration,

etc. The location of each exhibitor's booth will be informed later to each exhibitor from

secretariat by E-mail etc..

② Any of assigned booth cannot be transfered , rented or exchanged between the

exhibitors together or to third party.

※ However, if consent between the adjoining exhibitors is made, we grant a permission.

In that case please contact secretariat beforehand.

(3) Notes on usage of basic booth

All the partition-panels prepared by secretariat are system panels.

Therefore, please keep in mind that the exhibition methods, such as photograph panel,

have restriction.

① Modification or extension of upper side of system-panel is impossible.

② Because system-panel is a lease article , damage caused by exhibitor must be repaired

or compensated at exhibitor's expense.

③ Any processing to a system-panel is forbidden; like cutting, puncturing, striking nail,

screw, rivet or stapler etc.

④ Because of insufficient strength of system-panel, exhibitor cannot remove a support or

rest a heavy load directly on the panel.

⑤ Following acts are permitted, but please restore them at the time of dismantlement.

・ Attachment of lightweight article by double-stick tape

・ Attachment by scotch tape

・ Attachment by cutting-sheet

・ Attachment of a clip-type-spotlight etc.

・ Attachment of panels by exclusive tools (velcro-tape, chain-hook, hanging-wire

etc.)

【Note】

※ When the booth is located at the corner , the panel which faces a passage will not be

attached by exhibitor's request. Even in such a case, booth charge does not change.

※ When exhibitor uses more than one booth, the parapet will not be attached by exhibitor's

request. Even in such a case,booth charge does not change,too.

※ Even in a case exhibitor construct original designed booth, booth charge does not

change, either.

(5) Notes on decoration construction

① Booth decoration (when exhibitor does not use the standard decoration)

Fill the "Form4 Notification of Booth Decoration" and submit it to secretariat by 20th,

Feb., 2015 (Fri.)

If exhibitor needs fixtures in addition to the standard decoration, such as lighting, table,

counter etc., please refer to P.29 "18. Rental fixtures."

② Installation of decoration articles

・Installation or use of equipment which emits glint of light such as a stroboscope

a flash, or high-voltage neon is prohibited.

・To remove the hanging things or support from the ceiling in the venue (pillar, beam,

etc.) is prohibited.

③ Decoration materials

Notice : The decoration materials to be used follow the rules below for disaster

prevention.

Please observe the Fire Services Act Enforcement Regulations of Ministry of

Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan.

・ The Plywood, China-Beya, and the Print Plywood used for a partition-panel must

have the disaster prevention performance by permeation processing and must

have the disaster prevention display specified by the Fire Services Act

Enforcement Ordinance of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of

Japan.

・ When exhibitor uses combustibles articles, such as Exhibition Stand, Flag,

Artificial Flower and Curtain etc. , please use flame-proof materials which

disaster prevention authorized contractor processed.

・ Please attach the disaster prevention display to each disaster prevention

materials.

・ The materials like Hong-Kong-flower, Urethane, Polyester, Acrylics, Nylon, etc.

are forbidden to be applied in the venue of the Fair since they are not deemed to

be flame-proof.

・ In addition, when exhibitor uses other special decoration materials ,please

contact the secretariat, since it is necessary to receive recognition of fire

department in charge.

・ Exhibitor may be prohibited to use decoration materials by the fire department

inspection to be done before opening of the Fair.

・ Please purchase the Floor-Tape (in JPY) which exhibitor uses in Techno-Hole ,at

the Techno-Hole-adiministration-office since it is a designated tape. (If exhibitor

can't find the office please contact the secretariat. )

(6) Height restriction of decoration

① When exhibitor uses basic booth (containing standard decorated booth)

The height of the booth partition-panel (system-panel) prepared by the secretariat is 2.5 m.

Therefore, the height of decorated articles in the booth must be below 2.5m.

② When exhibitor produces original booth decoration

・ When the booth location (assigned by the Secretariat) is at the front of the hall building

surface and near the "Emergency Exit" display , the height of the original display shall

be 2.5 m or less.

・ Other than the above, height restrictions of display articles shall be 4.5 m or less.

(7) Processing of Garbage and Remainder

① All of the garbage and remainder generated in carrying-in, carrying-out, decoration

construction, withdrawal construction, exhibition, demonstration etc. should be

processed(disposed) on the responsibility of contractors or exhibitors.

To keep the venue clean, secretariat checks the venue any time. If the garbage or

remainder that is apparently originated in the specific exhibitor's booth is found by the

check and contractor or exhibitor in charge cannot process them properly, secretariat

process them and claims such cost to the exhibitor attaching present-condition

photograph etc.

② Please contact secretariat if exhibitor cannot bring them home and dispose properly.

5. Standard Decoration

(1) Standard Decoration

Foreign exhibitor can use rental fixture sets for standard decoration free of charge.

(Notification needed.)

(2) About decoration

① Secretariat prepares the fixtures considered to be the minimum necessary. When

exhibitor needs some fixture additionally , please refer to P.29 "18. Rental fixtures."

※The added fixtures will be charged.

② If the exhibitor's booth is located at the corner, not a panel but a parapet is

④ Please write down the exhibitor's name which is to be indicated to the name plate of the

booth in the "Form4 Notification of Booth Decoration" .

※In principle,the indication on the name plate will be exhibitor's full name.

But please note that there is a limitation on the number of characters.

If exhibitor wishes to add the number of characters, add the logo, change the color of character , use the

special style of handwriting, etc., adjustment of the number of characters or additional charges may

occur.In such a case, secretariat or Horai, Inc. (official contructor) will contact thee exhibitor.

② When required electric capacity exceed the above plan, another burden charge will be

needed. Please fill the "Form7: Electricity Construction Notification" and submit it

until 20th, Feb., 2015(Fri.)

Additionally, please make the"Electric Construction Plan(style freedom)"

accompanying booth decoration plan and submit it until 20th, Feb., 2015(Fri.) and

have a discussion with the specification contractor .

6. Interpreter at your booth

For those exhibitors who answered as “Interpreter required” on “5. Request for service”,

on application form, secretariat will arrange an interpreter. Basically one interpreter for 2

booths will be allocated, and such interpreter will work for business discussion between

exhibitor and visitor(s).

7. Presentation

Every exhibitor can make a presentation of its products in exhibition site. (admission free)

Such presentation can be made at specified locations, one in Toyama Techno Hall and one in

Toyama City Athletics and Culture Center. To those who answered as “presentation required” on

“Presentation application form” (Form 1), we will inform more details later on.

for exhibitors of home page of this fair by January 20, 2015 (Tue). Publication of such draft on

guidebook is free of charge.

10. Transportation of Exhibited materials (hereinafter referred as “materials”)

(1) Transportation of materials

Under the risk and responsibility of exhibitors, materials must be delivered to the site

during the specified delivery period (April 21 (Tue) through April22(Wed)). Various measures of

transportation such as hand-carry, international delivery service, contracted transportation

agent, delivery as Japanese domestic material after custom clearance are possible, any of

which shall be chosen by each exhibitor taking necessary

steps. All the costs for transportation such as packing fee, land/sea transportation, domestic

transportation fee in Japan, insurance charge, custom charge, import tax/VAT

etc have to be paid by each exhibitor.

(2) Transportation agent in Japan (except the case of international delivery service)

After materials arrive at Japan, they will be kept in tax bonded area and have to pass

custom clearance, for the purpose of which some Japanese transportation agent must be

nominated by each exhibitor..

Be sure you fulfill necessary items on “Carrier (Conveyance & Customs Clearance entrusted)

Notification” (Form 9) and such form must be received by secretariat by February 20, 2015

(Fri).

Meanwhile we nominate the following company* for custom clearance and transportation in

Japan as an official agent..

In case you want to entrust such job to the official agent, your preliminary application for it is

needed and your payment of full amount must made to secretariat in advance. Detailed

conditions for such application shall be informed to those exhibitors

who have sent the Form9 to us.

Please be informed that we (secretariat) cannot make any payment of import duty for

exhibitors due to nature of our organization, therefore you are requested to take any necessary

counter measure (for example to apply ATA Carnet for custom bonding) on this matter.

(3) Insurance

We cannot take any responsibility for missing, stealing &/or damage of materials. So

exhibitors are requested to keep security of materials by themselves and to apply necessary

insurance covering period of transportation and exhibition.

(4) Re-sending materials

Only for those who brought materials by international delivery service or hand-carry,

we will set temporary assistance counter for resending materials to your home country.

At this counter payment must be done only in cash of Japanese Yen. More details on this

subject shall be informed to you later on.

As for large size materials, please consult with your transporter who brings your

material to Japan. Any disposal of materials at site or withdrawal of them during period of this

fair is prohibited.

(5) To those who use service of International Delivery Service

1. For small size materials, international delivery service (such as DHL or FEDEX or EMS)

may be a suitable way of transportation. In that case please find the following

2. Those materials received as above shall be brought to each booth in the site by

secretary office on April22 (Wed) and exhibitors are required to make themselves ready for

exhibition by PM9 of April22.

3. Any commercial items like sample goods or catalogues are subject to import duty at

Japanese custom, commercial invoice for export should have name of commodity and

its value correctly on it. In case commercial value is J.Yen10,000 or under, no import duty is

applied.

4. All charges for transportation and handling for custom clearance are at exhibitor’s account,

which should be recognized well in advance.

5. In case exhibitors’ materials cannot be cleared at custom in the worst case, secretariat is

free from any responsibility for it.

(6) Rules of this fair

Exhibited materials (decoration, material for presentation, guidebook, catalogue, items

produced during presentation etc) must be subject to the aim or purpose of this fair.

The following items are prohibited for exhibition.

1. Import prohibited items.

2. Items prohibited by Japanese law

3. Items which may infringe product right, design right or trademark right.

4. Unreasonably many number of same items.

5. Items which may infringe public order and standards of decency.

6. Any other items which secretariat judges as unsuitable for this fair.

Please be sure that all exhibited materials clear Japanese laws beforehand and even if

any exhibitor is punished due to violation of Japanese law, secretariat is kept free

from any responsibility of that.

(7) Import Duty in Japan

Please be reminded that the site of this fair is not bonded area. So every exhibitor is

strongly required to make any prearrangement such as ATA Carnet to avoid any unnecessary

payment of cost. Any selling materials or consumable materials (like pamphlets distributed at

the site) must clear custom check.

11. Transfer in and out of materials and Period for decoration

During period of transfer in and out of materials, severe congestion is expected. So you are

required to follow instructions of security guard and agent of transportation.

(2) Notice of Carry in/out and Setting up

Exhibitors are required to report on their carry in/out and setting up to secretariat.

Please fulfill necessary items on “Cargo Work Notification” (Form 6) on Home Page

of this fair and send it to us by February 20, 2015(Fri).

(3) Carry in 1. Secretariat will fix timing of each exhibitor’s carry in and inform it to them.

Please follow such schedule noticed.

2. On Apr20, construction works by secretary office will be done mainly, so working hour

of exhibitors will be 18:00-21:00 on this date.

3. To Techno Hall

No automobiles are allowed to go into Techno Hall starting Apr23 upto Apr25 18:00.

Carrying in only by manpower is possible.

To Athletic and Culture Center

No automobiles are allowed to go into Athletic and Culture Center all the way

of carry in/out period and fair opening period. Carrying in only by manpower is

possible.

4. When heavy materials are installed, some staff of exhibitor must attend it and

any equipment for installation must be brought by exhibitor.

5. In case further works after designated working hours are needed, such exhibitor

must get an approval from secretariat and pay fee of the site to us.

(4) Remarks during fair opening 1. No automobile is allowed to go into fair building.

2. No materials for exhibition is allowed to be brought in or out.

However in case some adjustment or repair works are necessary, exhibitor must

inform it to secretariat and can do such work only after or before opening hours.

(5) Remarks for carrying out materials 1. From Techno Hall

Automobiles can go into the hall starting 18:00 of Apr25(Sat), but drivers are required to

obey instruction of security guard.

From Athletic and Culture Center

Automobile cannot go into the center anytime, so only carrying out by manpower is possible.

2. Secretary office will fix time schedule for carrying out materials, to which every

exhibitor is requested to follow.

3. Heavy materials can be carried out only during 9:00-12:00 of Apr26 (Sat).

4. Carrying out, closing, cleaning have be finished by 12:00 of April26(Sat). Your

Cooperation is solicited.

(6) Pass for vehicles for carrying in and out Special pass will be required for smooth traffic to site and parking area for carrying in/out

materials.

1. Please leave pass to be seen through front glass always. If it is not produced, no automobile

can go to parking area near entrance or exit.

2. Three vehicle passes will be provided to each exhibitor. Two for cars for carrying in/out

Materials. One for a car for booth setting staff.

3. Due to limited parking space near entrance/exit of site, every exhibitor is required to

follow time schedule provided by secretariat. Even though such pass is produced,

if site area has congestion, traffic may controlled by guard.

4. After completing unloading/loading, each automobile is requested to move to official

parking area, having instruction by guard if necessary.

(7) Installment and taking away heavy materials In order to have smooth works inside the site we nominate our official contractor* as below.

Especially, please keep in mind that exhibitor who's booth is located in the "Toyama City

Athletics and Culture Center" cannot put a heavy load on the floor.

So any exhibitor who wants to exhibit heavy material is requested to contact secretariat well

beforehand.

If you order this job to any other contractor using different equipments that official

contractor’s ones for carrying in/out materials, please inform it to us beforehand.

We will make time table and inform it to you.

(8) Caution for carpenters’ works 1. Such operation should made only inside your own booth and not be done in

another booth or aisle.

2. We will set “Stock Yard” inside the site , and this yard can be used for storing package

materials while the fair is open. Be sure to put sticker to materials with name and booth

number of that exhibitor. Those package materials without name sticker may be abandoned

and we do not take any responsibility about loss or damage of them.

3. Anchor bolt is not allowed to be used. However if you need to use it for security reason,

please consult with us beforehand.

(9) Original state of site If any materials or debris are remained at site after fair closing, secretary office will

claim necessary cost for clearing them to that exhibitor.

(3) 電気使用申込

小間内で電気を使用する出展者は、 (様式 7)「電気工事届出書」の所定項目に記入の

上、必ず 2015 年 2 月 20 日(金)までに届け出をしてください。また、小間装飾計画に

伴う提出書類「電気工事設計図」（様式自由）も同様に 2015 年 2 月 20 日(金)までに届

け出をしてください。期日までに届け出が無い場合は、電気の使用がないものとして

小間までの電気配線、供給を行いませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。なお、照

明器具からの給電は禁止します。

＊ 申込書には、展示用電灯、展示動力用に分けて各々の電気設備容

量及びメインスイッチの必要電流値を必ず明記してください。

(4) 電気容量について

規定値(申込値)以上の電流が流れて小間の電気設備や配線の焼損を防止するため、メ

インスイッチを小間電源の取り出し用として設置しますが、漏電事故を防止するため、

過電流遮断機能を有する漏電遮断器とします。

① 適正なメインスイッチ(漏電遮断器)の選定

メインスイッチは、電流によって作動するものなので、出展者は使用する照明器具、

モーター等の電気容量と定格電流値を十分確認の上、適正な設定値を選定してくだ

さい。設定値以上の電流が流れると、自動的に回路が遮断されます。いったん切れ

た場合は、その原因が、電灯、モーター等の負荷による場合、異常部分を取り除き

再び作動させることができます。漏電事故についても同様の処置で作動させること

ができます。

(5) 電気設備使用料(負担金)

① 事務局は、出展者の申込電気容量に基づき、供給幹線を小間まで施工します。

② 事務局の施工範囲は、小間内分電盤までの一次幹線工事までとし、小間内の工事は

含みません。

③ 電気設備使用料には、電気料金も含みます。(税込)

(6) 小間内電気工事

① 事務局が設置したメインスイッチから先の小間内電気工事は全て出展者で行って

ください。その工事費は全て出展者の負担となります。

② 小間内電気工事は、p.8 (5)-①でご案内した手続きを踏んで承認を受けた小間電気

工事施工者が行ってください。

③ 開催期間中、開場時間(10:00～17:00)の工事は原則認めません。

(7) 小間内電気工事申請と期限

出展者が行う小間内電気工事は、開催前日までに完了してください。

(8) 使用点検

電気事故の発生を予防するため随時、指定電気工事施工会社が小間内電気設備と、そ

の実演状況を点検いたします。点検により、不良状況が発見された場合、出展者に対

して、直ちに是正するよう改善を指示しますので、小間内電気工事者等により指摘部

分の工事を行ってください。完了するまで送電は停止します。

(9) 小間への電気供給

① 供給時間

原則 4 月 22 日(水) 午後から各小間点検後順次通電する予定です。停止は、4 月 25

日(土) 17:00 を予定しています。

② 開催期間中は、原則 9:30～17:30 としますが、各小間においては、退場の際は、小

間内設置のメインスイッチを必ずＯＦＦにしてお帰りください。

③ 搬入出時の臨時電力の供給

機械の組み立て調整、解体などで供給期間や供給時間外に必要とされる場合は、

事前に事務局へ届け出てください。可能な範囲で臨時電力の供給に努めます。た

だし、この場合は費用につきましては出展者に請求いたします。

④ 24 時間終日通電を必要とする場合は、事前に事務局へ届け出てください。この場

合の費用につきましては出展者に請求いたします。

(10) 時差運転

電気供給上やむを得ない場合は、実演機械の時差運転をしていただく場合があります。

(11) 保護装置

電源異常および事故による停電または、電圧降下等により実演出展物を損傷しても、

事務局はその責任を負いません。出展者は、各自の責任において、必要に応じて十分

な保護装置を施してください。また、定電圧、定周波数でなければ実演できないよう

な出展物においても、出展者は各自の責任において、必要に応じて十分な保護装置を

施してください。

(12) 電気工事施工上の注意

① 電気工事士免状

電気工事施工者は、公的機関の指定業者であることが必要です。電気工事作業者は、

作業中常に電気工事法に基づく免状を携帯してください。無免許もしくは携帯せず

に従事している場合は作業を中止していただきます。

② 照明器具の隠ぺい(あんどん式)

装飾用に蛍光灯、白熱灯等の照明器具をあんどん方式にて使用する場合、特に、火

災予防を考慮した構造とした不燃材料を使用してください。

③ 電気工事に当たっては、人体、財物の損傷、火災その他の事故予防について万全の

注意を払ってください。特に、感電事故に注意してください。

④ 電灯、抵抗器、その他熱を発生する器具は、可燃物を加熱する恐れのない場所に設

けてください。

⑤ 電灯の口金、受け口等の充電部の露出、通路の定位置へのスポットライトの設置等

は、大変危険ですから装飾施工業者と十分な打ち合わせと出展者の監督をお願いし

ます。

⑥ 配線が、出展物や装飾等の下敷きにならないよう施工してください。

⑦ メインスイッチの移設

小間内のメインスイッチは事務局にて各小間内に設置しますが、展示物の関係でこ

れを移設したい場合は、事前に事務局に届け出てください。

⑧ 展示装飾用としての高圧水銀灯、ネオンは使用禁止です。

⑨ 小間内メインスイッチから展示物、装飾機器への電気配線には、圧着端子やコンセ

ントを使用し、裸線の直接接続は禁止です。途中延長もテーピングは禁止です。

⑩ 破損している電気機器・器具は使用禁止です。

⑪ 変圧器の持ち込みは、事前に事務局に届け出てください。

⑫ 電気工事施工上事務局が特に指示する注意事項について作業中は施工会社の指示

に従ってください。

(13) コンセント形状

基本小間には、右の図の電源コンセントを 1 箇所用意します。差し込み口は、２つあ

ります。出展者が出展小間内で機材や電気製品を使用する場合は、必要に応じてこの

形状・規格に合う変圧器や電源プラグを各自でご用意ください。

13.Communication line(to be translated later)

(1) 電話機について

事務局ならび各会場に出展者へのお問い合わせを頂いても、取り次ぎはいたしません

のでご了承ください。海外から来場される方は日本国内で使用可能な携帯電話につい

ては、各自事前に手配ください。

(2) ＦＡＸ回線について

テクノホール管理室には、代表ＦＡＸがありますが、出展者への取り次ぎまたはお呼

び出しはいたしませんのでご了承ください。ただし、管理室に依頼して送信すること

は可能ですが、1 通信あたり市内 50 円・市外 100 円の通信料が発生します。

※海外への送信はできません。

(3) インターネット回線について

見本市の開催期間中、両会場に Wi-Fi 設備を設置いたします。

14.Water supply and drainage(to be translated later)

(1) 給排水使用について

① 給排水設備はテクノホールのみで、体育文化センターにはありません。

② 給排水口は、会場内でも限られた場所(ピット内)にしかありませんので、小間の場

所が限られてしまいます。ご了承ください。

③ 多量の給排水、水圧を必要とする場合、要求にお応えできない場合がありますの

で、申請時、事務局指定装飾業者に十分な確認をしてください。

④ 汚水をそのまま排水溝に流すことは禁止です。

(2) 給排水の工事

① 会場内に給排水口がありますが、他出展者小間内を配管することは禁止とします。

② 工事は、事務局指定装飾業者管轄下の工事業者により、給排水口より配管工事をし、

費用は全て出展者負担となります。

(3) 使用制限

自然災害や給水設備の故障等による給水制限が実施された場合、事務局は水の使用制

限をすることがあります。

(4) 供給期間

小間内への給排水は、4月 22日(水) 13:00から 4月 25日(土) 16:00までを予定しま

す。

(5) 保護装置

断水、水圧等の変化、事故により実演上の支障、出展物等の損傷の恐れがある場合は、

出展者の責任において保護装置等を設けてください。事務局は一切の責任を負いませ

ん。

(6) 原状回復

排水等において、関係機関より、水質汚濁の指摘があった場合、出展者の責任におい

て原状回復をしてください。事務局は一切の責任を負いません。

15.Handling of fire & dangerous object(to be translated later)

(1) 火気・危険物について

テクノホール会場内は、火気の使用や危険物品(油類・ガス類・裸火等)を持ち込むこ

とは、消防法に基づき原則禁止です。ただし、出展物の実演のためやむを得ないもの

に限り、消防署の承認を受け事務局承認のもとに使用することができます。また、体

育文化センター展示場内は、一切の危険物持ち込みが禁止です。

① 火気・危険物使用に伴う届出

自社小間内にて火気・危険物等を取り扱う出展者は、ホームページ内の出展者ペ

ージより、その他工事届出書/■火気・危険物使用の所定項目にチェックし、別途

届出書(富山市指定様式)「例外規定適用申請書」をダウンロードして、所定項目記

入のうえ、必ず 2015 年 2 月 20 日(金)までに事務局へ提出してください。事務局

より一括して所轄消防署に提出し審査を受けます。審査結果により認められれば

使用可能となります。また、開催期間中所轄消防署による査察も予定されていま

す。防火管理、危険防止策が不完全な場合は改善または使用禁止が命じられます。

② 危険物の持ち込み(油類)

危険物の持ち込みは、出展物の実演等操作上やむを得ないものに限り、所轄消防署へ

の届け出内容を審査のうえ承認されます。この場合でも、次の事項を厳守ください。

・ 危険物の持ち込み可能数量は、原則一日の実演使用量を限度とし、開場時間

中の補給はできません。

・ こぼれた油類は、ただちにふき取ってください。

・ 危険物の取り扱いは、熟練者があたり、小間内に必ず消火器を設置してくだ

さい。

③ プロパン・その他圧縮ガスの使用

これらのガス(酸素・水素・窒素・炭酸ガス・アルゴンガス等)を使用する場合は、

次の項目を厳守してください。

・ ボンベは屋外（館外）据え付けとなり、倒れ防止対策を講じてください。

・ ガス器具を使用する場合、ヒューズコックまたはガス漏れ警報装置を設置し

てください。

・ 配管は、極力金属管とし、施工完了後気密試験を実施し小間内には、「火気厳

禁」の表示を掲載してください。

④ 裸火の使用について

・ 炎の高さを含めて、周囲を不燃材料で防火上有効に遮断してください。

・ 小間には、適応する消火器を設置してください。

・ 火気責任者による監視を十分に行ってください。

(2) 潤滑油等油類の取り扱い

会場では処理処分する場所がありませんので、出展者において持ち帰り処分してくだ

16.management in the venue(to be translated later)

(1) 人員の配置

会期の全日程を通して、必ず各出展者１名は説明者が配置されるようお願いします。

(2) 保安警備と事故防止

① 出展者の小間内における物品の盗難、紛失、火災および人的な災害などの事故発生

に対しては、事務局では責任を持ちませんので、出展者の責任において十分な自主

的防止策を立ててください。特に、出展物の実演を行う場合は、見学者に対する危

険防止措置をとってください。万が一の事故等に備え、保険をかけることをお勧め

します。(保険会社の選定・申込につきましては、出展者において直接お願いします)

② 万が一事故が発生した場合は、ただちに事務局へ報告願います。

③ 小間の出入り口付近、会場の非常口および非常通路には出展物等の準備品や空箱な

ど障害物となるものを置かないでください。

④ 事務局では、随時会場内を巡視し一般的な警備に当たり、異常発見時には、出展者

に対し是正を求める場合があります。

(3) 出展者証

① 開催期間中の出展者証は全出展者人数分を前日に事務局へ申請し入手してくださ

い。

② 開催時間前の入場や、開催期間中は胸に掲げるなど分かりやすく掲示してください。

③ 出展者証は、開催期間中受付でも配布いたします。

(4) 時間外作業について

やむを得ず所定時間内に展示物の調整が終わらない等、通電、閉場時間を延長せざる

を得ない場合は、事前に事務局へ申し出して、許可を得てください。この場合、発生

する費用は全て出展者の負担となります。

(5) 写真・ビデオ撮影

会場内では出展物、小間装飾等の該当する出展者または、事務局の承認を得ない撮影

は禁止です。なお、事務局が記録用として撮影する場合あるいは、報道機関などが身

分を明確にして撮影申請する場合はできるだけご協力ください。

(6) 開催期間等の変更および開催中止

① 事務局は、天災その他不可抗力により展示会の開催を中止することがあります。

② 事務局は、開催期間および開場時間をやむを得ない事情により変更する場合があり

ます。

③ 上記により生じた損害は補償しません。

(7) 喫煙場所ついて

会場建屋内はすべて禁煙です。また、屋外での喫煙については吸い殻のポイ捨て、放

置は厳禁です。いずれも指定の喫煙場所をご利用ください。詳細位置は、会場案内図

をご確認ください。

(8) 出展物の実演

出展者は、その小間内または指定した場所において出展物の実演をすることができま

す。ただし、実演は安全であるとともに他に迷惑をおよぼさないことを要し、実演に

よって生じた人体・器物の損傷、火災、または危険防止については、すべての責任を

負って頂きます。

① 実演に際し、近隣の出展者から苦情が出た場合、事務局からの指示により、実演の

制限や中止を求める場合があります。

② 実演により発生する切り粉、ダライコ、切削油等廃棄物の処理は、出展者の責任で

処理してください。どうしても無理な場合は、事務局に相談され、事務局の指示に

従ってください。

(9) 物品の配布・販売について

出展物の販売、資料・カタログ・サンプル品の無料配布は可能です。出展者 Web サ

イトよりログインし、(様式 8)「出展者による販売品の申請書」の所定項目に記入の

上、必ず 2015 年 2 月 20 日(金)までに届け出をしてください。ただし、下記条件によ

ります。

① 販売品は、事前に事務局へ届け出てください。

② 配布・販売は、手持ちで運搬できる範囲の物に限ります。

③ 配布・販売は、自己小間内にて行ってください。

④ 配布・販売することで展示品が期間中に無くなる事は禁止とします。

⑤ 周辺の小間や通路が著しく混乱する場合は、事務局より時間制限や中止を求め る

場合があります。

⑥ 海外からの出展者におかれては、販売品が日本での規制・手続きに問題がないこと

を事前に出展者の責任でご確認ください。規制品の販売等により、日本の法律にて

処罰を受けることになっても、事務局は一切の責任をとりません。また、配布・販

売を予定している物品は税関での輸入申告を徹底してください。

(1) 事務局の広報・宣伝活動

この展示会は、毎回テレビ・ラジオ・新聞等で取材報道されていますが、事務局で

は独自に次のような宣伝活動を予定しています。

① 主催者の構成団体企業会員へ、案内状(特別ご招待状)とポスターを送付します。

② 案内状、ポスターは、北陸各県の他全国各地の関係団体に送付し、傘下の会員企業

へ周知していただきます。

③ 地方紙・全国紙・業界紙に県庁記者クラブを通じて送付します。

④ 開催前にテレビ・ラジオによる案内を放送予定にしています。

(2) 報道関係者に対して

① 事務局では、開催期間中取材に来訪される報道関係者に見所情報等を提供します。

② 当日、会場で取材等があればご協力ください。

(3) 出展者ガイドブック

作成した「出展者ガイドブック」を会期中、来場者にお渡しします。また、出展者

に各 1 部会場にてお渡しします。

Rental fixtures are prepared by secretariat for the exhibitor's sake.

The exhibitor who needs these fixtures must submit the "Form5 Rental Fixtures Application"

(downloadable from exhibor's page in the Fair's official HP) to Secretariat by E-mail until

20th,Feb.,2015(Fri.) after filling the form in English or Japanese.

There is food area outside the venue for lunch,relaxization,business meeting etc.

Following sales stores sale foods by cash(JPY only). Please understand that there is

no prior food ticket.

(1) Opening Ceremony

On first day of the Fair (23rd, Apr., 2015),there is the opening ceremony from 9:30 at the

specially set-up tent between Toyama Techno Hall and Toyama City Athletics and Culture

Center. Please give us attendance of majority of exhibitors.

(2) Keynote Lecture

There is the series of lectures on an investment environment of world at the 2nd floor

of Toyama Techno Hall(one of the venue of the Fair) on 24th, Apr., 2015.

The lecturer come from 10 nations and areas in the world and lecture time is about

1-hour each.

Participation fees is free of charge. The details will be shown around in the official HP.

(5) The all Japan manufacturing industry “Koma (spintop) fight” competitions

Date: 25th, Apr.,2015

The "Koma (spintop) fight”will be held in the Fair at the first time in Toyama

Prefecture.The event is expanding in all over the Japan in the past several years.

“Koma (spintop) fight” is as its name a competition of 1 by 1 spintops( 20 mm or less in

diameter) on a disk(diameter of 250 mm) .In the event, spintops hit each other.

To participate the event, many minor manufacturing industies gathers from all over

the Japan and fight by the spintop over the pride of there company.

(The candidates for participation are limited for minor manufacturing industies of

Toyama Prefecture.)

(1) Prior business talk matching

In " The Toyama General Manufacturing Industry Trade Fair 2015", foreign exhibitor

can apply for prior business talk matching with the Japanese exhibitors(companies).

If exhibitor wishes to have a matching, please submit "Form11 Prior Business Matching

Reservation Entry Sheet" by 20th,Feb.,2015.

The information of the Japanese Exhibitors can be checked from the "Japanese

Exhibitor's Guidebook" of the Web Page For Overseas Exhibitor.

中国の出展協力機関の取りまとめにより出展される企業・団体の責任者や担当者で、日

本に入国するにあたり事前に短期商用等の査証を申請する方に対しては、主催者である

日本国富山県より必要な書類（招へい理由書、滞在予定表、身元保証書）を発行するこ

とが可能です。必要な場合、出展協力機関は「23.渡航者一覧表、滞在予定表の提出」で

ご案内した、(様式 12)「渡航者一覧表、滞在予定表」の日本入国査証申請の欄に「要」

と記入するとともに、(様式 13)「誓約書」を併せて提出願います。

※個別でお申込みの企業には身元保証書等を発行することはできませんので、ご了承く

ださい。

(1) 出展者受付について

会期前日（4 月 22 日）、展示商談会場に到着後、搬入・展示を行う前に、会場内の出

展者受付で必ず受付手続きを行って下さい。受付時間は次のとおりです。

・出展者受付時間 4 月 22 日（水）13:00～18:00

※出展協力機関がある場合は、その代表者 1 名がまとめて受付手続きを行ってくださ

い。

(2) 両替について

日本円を持っておられない方は、日本到着後に必ず空港で両替を行ってください。（日

本到着後乗り継ぎをされる方は、成田空港、羽田空港等到着時に両替してください。

富山空港では両替時間が限られており、取扱貨幣も限られています。）
