The hotel wants to offer its guests the opportunity to get to know Vienna through its inhabitants and its outstanding products. Every host of the house is committed to this idea and with heartiness friendliness and competence, gives guests an unforgettable stay in the park 73.
Our centrally located apartment hotel is not a city hotel in the traditional sense. The
apartments are fully equipped. The kitchen has a built-in dishwasher as well as a freestanding refrigerator and plenty of storage space for food. The apartments are very
modern and individually furnished. Each apartment has been named after a special sight in Vienna, and is themed after it.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace that invites you to start the morning with a cup of
coffee, which is specially roasted for the hotel, or to end an eventful day with a glass of Viennese wine. Our Park 73 is managed privately and therefore consists of a small family team, which is always ready to fulfill all your wishes. Stop by and find out what makes our
