SO21 2NF What’s on Offer? This year, we’re excited to invite teachers Lu and Ling back to lead our summer retreat. With both a long weekend and a full 10 day retreat, we feel there’s something for everyone: The Weekend Retreat Immerse yourself in practice with two of the most loved and inspiring teachers to visit the UK. The Weekend Retreat will help existing practitioners refresh their practice and newcomers to gain valuable insight into the potential of Zhineng Qigong. Going Deeper into Zhineng Qigong If you want more that a refresher, or a weekend’s exposure to Zhineng Qigong, the 10-day retreat provides you with a wonderful opportunity for self- healing and personal development, By spending more time exploring both the practice and the ideas that underpin it, you will gain a deeper insight into the patterns that you live by and provide yourself with the space to let go and evolve. Your Tutors Teachers Lu and Teacher Ling both trained directly with Dr Pang Ming (the founder of Zhineng Qigong). Teacher Ling went on to become a lecturer and teacher at the Huaxia Centre and teacher Lu had responsibility for training teachers throughout China in Zhineng Qigong.
