There will be no Wednesday night Bible Study on Wednesday, No-vember 25. The church office will be closed on Thursday, No-vember 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Please use this time to be with family and friends.

    PASTOR’S NOTE

“Give thanks to the Lord, for his faithful love endures forever.”

    2 Chronicles 20:21b

During this season of thanksgiving, a cynical person may say that there is nothing to be thankful for in this year. We can be most thankful for the fact that God is with us, and will never leave us. I am thankful that our God and Savior has been with our church family during this most challenging year. Even when we were simply trying to get by, He was there guiding us through the fog of fear and confusion. Let us praise our God as the singers did under King Jehoshaphat’s leader-ship when they sang: “Give thanks to the Lord, for His faithful love en-dures forever.”

Election Day is Tuesday, Novem-ber 3, 2020. Please exercise your religious freedom by voting for men and women who love our country and who promote life and liberty.

On Sunday, November 8, we will honor our men and women who has served our country. We will recognize our veterans, and have a special video presentation. Invite a veteran to come and wor-ship with you.

We will have our last business meeting of the year on Wednes-day, November 18, at 6:30 p.m.

The church building will be decorat-ed for Christmas on Saturday, November 28, at 10 a.m. A light lunch will be served.

We will observe the Lord’s Supper on Sunday, November 29, at 11 a.m. Come and give thanks to our Lord for His sacrifice on the cross.

I am thankful for your faithfulness during this difficult year. Thank you for being faithful to pray and give in these adverse times. And in case you didn’t know—I love being your pastor!
