Preface

Welcome to the Supreme Court of Heaven. You will learn a lot in cases

from the archives of this court. You will also learn from pending cases.

To clearly understand cases of the court of God, please bear in mind the

following things:

1. Cases take very long times in heaven: some even take many years

according to earthly timing.

2. In most cases witnesses are on earth.

3. There may be more than one appeal for each case.

Page 7: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

INTRODUCTION

After the creation of the heavens and

the earth, it was mandatory for God to

establish a Supreme Court in heaven.

This was because he had created beings

both in heaven and on earth that have

freewill. When their freewill would

lead them against his will then he

would need to use this court to judge

them.

This court of the living God is

the only court in heaven: there is

neither a higher court nor a lower

court. There is the Supreme Court

only.

Why?

Because there is only one judge,

God himself; because sins are the same

in the eyes of God: there is no small

Page 8: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

sin to deserve a lower court, and

there is no big sin to deserve a

higher court.

In his court, God judges his

creation with his Word. This means

that all that he speaks is law. Those

who are in heaven and on earth have to

live according to all that he ever

said or face judgment. That is where

the Bible fits in for those who are on

earth.

As you will see in the cases

compiled in this volume, because of

his perfect and just nature, God is

able to preside as the Judge and the

Defendant of the same case, or as the

Judge and the Plaintiff of the same

case, and be able to judge fairly.

He is perfect such that he is

able to pass a judgment against

himself and also sentence himself! The

Page 9: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

Cross is a result of that just

character of God.

In the beginning, God created

evil in heaven so that even heavenly

beings would have a choice to follow

God or evil. If there was no evil at

their disposal they would not have

power to sin. This implies that even

Satan was deceived by evil (Ezekiel

28: 15-16) just as Adam was deceived

(Genesis 3: 1-7). But both had to be

judged, because they had a choice to

shun or embrace evil.

On earth he planted the tree of

the knowledge of good and evil

(Genesis 2: 9) for Adam to eat or

avoid.

Why would God trap his own

creation?

Page 10: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

He never wanted robots that would

follow him due to not having a choice.

Instead, he wanted children both in

heaven and on earth who would love him

with all of their hearts, minds, and

bodies voluntarily.

In heaven, when evil was found in

Cherub Lucifer (Ezekiel 28: 15), the

Supreme Court of God had to assemble

for the first time, and Lucifer was

judged and cast out of heaven. He was

thrown to the earth.

However, before he was cast out,

he had been able to deceive a third of

the angels of God (Revelation 12: 3-

4). After they were judged, they were

also cast out of heaven with him

(Revelations 12: 7).

On earth, when man got deceived,

again the Supreme Court of Heaven had

to assemble for judging man, woman,

Page 11: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

and the serpent (see case 777-1000 of

Volume 1).

However, soon after Satan had

discovered that it was possible for

man to be saved from eternal

destruction, he started making the

Supreme Court of Heaven very busy. He

accuses the saints in the court of the

Lord, day and night (Revelations 12:

10).

He files summonses against the

saints of God in the Supreme Court

without ceasing, for he knows he has

very little time (Revelation 12: 12).

It is for this reason that in

almost all cases in heaven, Satan

appears as the Plaintiff.

Page 12: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

Procedure of the Supreme Court of

Heaven

The procedure of the court of the Lord

is almost the same as that of the

courts on earth.

Even in heaven, a case starts

when an Accuser (Plaintiff),

institutes action against the Accused

(Defendant). The Plaintiff prepares a

summons through his attorneys. Then he

files this summons with the court.

At this point, it becomes the

responsibility of the court to hand

over the summons to the Sheriff, so

that he could hand it over to the

Defendant. The Defendant is then

expected to defend himself through his

attorneys by either responding to the

summons or by defending himself in a

court trial.

Page 13: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

The only difference is that in

the heavenly court there are only

criminal cases. Civil cases are also

treated as criminal cases.

Why?

Because, with God, it is one of

two things: it‟s either you do what he

says, or you don‟t. If you do what he

says, you are safe (not guilty), but

if you don‟t, you are guilty.

There is no fine in the court of

God: all sins are punishable by death.

But if you repent whilst in flesh the

death sentence is erased.

CASE ARGUED AND ADJUDGED IN THE

SUPREME COURT OF HEAVEN ON THIS DAY.

Case No. 777-1000. Argued on this day

– Decided on this day.

Background

In Heaven, God, the Defendant, was

served by Satan with a summons through

the Supreme Court Sheriffs. He accused

God of lying about the goodness of his

creation on earth.

Case

Soon after the Judge, God, had taken

his seat, Satan, the Plaintiff, was

asked to say his opening statement.

Satan said that his case was

about something wrong which God did

during creation. He said that God

erred when he considered his earthly

creation to be good.

Page 19: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

God, the Defendant, was also

asked to say his opening statement.

He said that God‟s creation on

earth was perfect as God said.

Satan was asked to prove his

case.

The Devil told the court that he

would cross-examine man, the witness

of God using a serpent. He asked the

court to look at the earth.

When they looked at the earth

they saw the serpent talking to the

woman. “Did God really say, „You must

not eat from any tree in the garden‟?”

The woman said to the serpent, “We may

eat fruit from the trees in the

garden, but God did say, „You must not

eat fruit from the tree that is in the

middle of the garden, and you must not

touch it, or you will die.‟” “You will

Page 20: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

not certainly die,” the serpent said

to the woman. “For God knows that when

you eat from it your eyes will be

opened, and you will be like God,

knowing good and evil.” When the woman

saw that the fruit of the tree was

good for food and pleasing to the eye,

and also desirable for gaining wisdom,

she took some and ate it. She also

gave some to her husband, who was with

her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of

both of them were opened, and they

realized they were naked; so they

sewed fig leaves together and made

coverings for themselves. (Genesis 3:

1-7)

In the court, there was great

tension as God was embarrassed by man

on earth. Heavenly beings never

believed what they beheld.

Page 21: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

Very pleased by the results of

the cross-examination, Satan talked

with great confidence before he sat

down, “I hope my evidence has

substantiated my claims.”

God, the Defendant, was asked to

defend his position.

Deeply disappointed, God the

Defendant, decided to direct-examine

his witness in Eden, “Where are you

(Adam)?” “I heard you in the garden,

and I was afraid, because I was naked;

so I hid,” he responded. “Who told you

that you are naked? Have you eaten

from the tree that I commanded you not

to eat from?” the Lord asked. The man

said, “The woman you put here with me;

she gave me some fruit from the tree,

and I ate it.” Then the Lord God said

to the woman, “What is this you have

done?” The woman said, “The serpent

deceived me, and I ate” (Genesis 3: 8-

13).

God, the Judge, gave Satan a

chance to give his closing statement,

but he had none. The Lord went on to

give his judgment.

He gave judgment to the

Plaintiff. Satan won the case.

However, he mentioned that that

did not mean that God erred when he

considered his creation to be perfect.

But he gave man freewill to choose

between good and evil, but man chose

evil.

He went on to sentencing the

Defendant.

To the first Respondent (God, the

Defendant), he mentioned that

according to the law (Hebrews 9: 22)

man‟s blood is required for man‟s sin

Page 23: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

to be forgiven. Then he gave him a

death sentence: to hang on a tree

until he dies.

To the second Respondent (Man),

he said, “Because you listened to your

wife and ate fruit from the tree about

which I commanded you, „You must not

eat from it,‟ Cursed is the ground

because of you; through painful toil

you will eat food from it all the days

of your life. It will produce thorns

and thistles for you, and you will eat

the plants of the field. By the sweat

of your brow you will eat your food

until you return to the ground, since

from it you were taken; for dust you

are and to dust you will return”

(Genesis 3: 17-19).

To the third Respondent (Woman),

he said, “I will make your pains in

childbearing very severe; with painful

Page 24: The Supreme Court of Heaven - Goodreadsphoto.goodreads.com/documents/1355856512books/161… ·  · 2012-12-18power to sin. This implies that ... himself in the Supreme Court of Heaven

labor you will give birth to children.

Your desire will be for your husband,

and he will rule over you” (Genesis 3:

16).

To the fourth Respondent

(Serpent), he said, “Because you have

done this, Cursed are you above all

livestock and all wild animals. You

will crawl on your belly and you will

eat dust all the days of your life.

And I will put enmity between you and

the woman, and between your offspring

and hers; he will crush your head, and

you will strike his heel” (Genesis 3:

14-15).

Then the court adjourned.

After this case, all Seraphs,

Elders, Spirits, Cherubs, Archangels

and Angels were unhappy about the

outcome, but anyway they praised and

worshiped God as usual.

The Devil moved out of the court

very happy as he went back to the

earth.

The entire kingdom of darkness

celebrated frantically without

stopping.
