1-The different kinds of activities that I do for my University work are:
COURSES: Theoritical education : 21hours/week (4-7hours/day according to teachers) • Conversation between teacher and students 9 hours/week • Exchange of knowleadge • Participate in the interview at the department of Geology twice

Basically I have three main points that I am going to mention on my presentation.
1. The common work load and study related problems we are facing as a student.
2. The survey regarding my work load at the university.
3. Common solutions or suggestions given from my(student) perspective

1.Regarding The common work load and study related
problems we are facing as a student.
a) Complexity with the course material will results in taking much time to understand.
b) Theory based education will require much time or increased work load than practical one to understand, specially within mechanical engineering.
c) The time taken to complete the course syllabus is also another problem.
d) Shortage of revising time specially during exam period. e) The big difference of the grading system with other universities
from around the world will results in difficulties to find scholarships.
f) Creating a suitable environment for the teaching learning process is not applicable,

• Competence of education can be assured by implementing the above learning methodologies stated on the above table to the student(learner),
• Jimma university specifically the school of mechanical engineering is trying to create or establish competence of education by; By developing concepts of curriculum mapping and
competency, frame works By imposing the students to solve community
problems directly. By providing internship programs for the students
which helps them to acquire practical knowledge .

a)Lecturing- this is one of the work I am performed in my university, in which I am assisting(lecturing) new coming students those who joins mechanical engineering department by giving them introductory courses.
I. Regarding different kinds of activities I am doing for my university work.
c)And also I am participating in different kinds of seminars, projects and group works(1 to 5 change army by both participating and organizing the group) .
2.The survey regarding my work load at the university
b) I am also taking lectures for my study at the university from my professors and this is another major activity I am doing in my university.

II.Regarding the type of activity I would like to have more time for;
a)The type of activities I would like to have more time mainly implies to the lecture class I m taking and also to participate in different project works, and this is for the typical week but during the exam week I will focus more on my study.
b)Now my study at the university takes too much time because of the load of the courses included in the program so during the exam period again I will give more emphasis to this one.
