STRUTS Tour - Case Study
• Crowds at the venues were 500-800 people.
• 42 concerts in 2-1/2 months.
• Masscloud fits into a 3’x3’ flight case with 3 access points. The production
manager was trained in a few hours and managed the entire platform for the
tour. Plug and play.

• 40% overall data capture from all events, and is built into a great data base.
• 23% increase in merchandising sales.
What the Concert Fan Viewed
What the consumer saw- Posters, flyers directing them to the Masscloud™
WIFI - @strutslive. Once the consumer filled out the form field they were able
to access the private Struts WIFI network. ( NO internet at all) and were
entered into a chance to meet the band after the show.
The consumer was rewarded by being offered a free pin at the merchandising
booth, which lead to a 23% increase in other sales.
The band did not have the man power or budget to arrange for internet at
each of the 42 stops so Masscloud™ was the only answer…
