Valuable Insight

My initial concern about coaching was that it

would be like going to a 'shrink'. To my

delight this was not the case. Although I only

did one session with Cara I gained valuable

insight into my challenge, which I have now

applied in my business and daily life with

much success.

The session was conducted over the course

an hour on Skype, Cara in Dubai and myself

comfortable at my home in Johannesburg. Be

warned she may give you some homework to
