East Lake County Chamber of Commerce
Our Chamber
Our members are the heart of
our organization. It is through
them that our Chamber is creat-
ing a better community. We
proudly represent individuals, businesses and organizations in
the East Lake County area.
About the Chamber
The East Lake County Area
Chamber of Commerce is a vol-
untary organization of the busi-
ness community. It is not a civic
club, charitable organization or
department of any government.
The Chamber is a private, non-
profit tax paying corporation. It
unites hundreds of business and
professional firms, creating a
unique central agency working to
improve businesses and creating a healthy environment in which to
conduct business.
Most importantly, the Chamber is
people. People just like you who
realize that, through the Cham-
ber, they can accomplish collec-
tively what no one of them can
do individually. The strength of
the Chamber lies in attracting the
greatest number of members and
creating a pool of resources from
which can be drawn ideas, energy
and finances.
We need you today! We invite
and challenge you to join with us
in developing and shaping the
future. Let's work together to
make East Lake the best it can be.

Life Cycle Celebrant
What is a Celebrant?
A Funeral Celebrant’s mission is to create a beautiful ceremo-
ny for families that reflect their wishes, beliefs, cultural back-
ground and values; while also bringing people together to cele-
brate the life lived. Whether a family is religious or non-
religious, a Funeral Celebrant will carefully craft a service that
tells the full story of the loved ones heritage, talent, loves, rela-
tionships, accomplishments and much more. They help to paint
a picture of the real person, and do so by asking pointed yet
caring questions so that the deceased’s true nature is reflected.

Judy has been involved with the Lake County Ju-
dicial system since 1988. Currently, she is sole
practitioner at the Law Office of Judy A. Stewart,
P.A. where she has been in private practice serv-
ing Lake County since 2009. Before opening her
own practice, Judy worked as a legal assistant for
more than 17 years for another local attorney,
interned at the Public Defender’s Office while
attending school, and a summer internship with a
local family law attorney. In these roles, Judy has
handled many cases in the areas of family law and
criminal law. It is the real world experience and expertise that motivates
Judy’s intent to enter the race for Lake County Judge.
“After having spent the last 28 years of my life working with the Lake
County legal system, I believe my legal experiences, life experiences and
levelheadedness qualifies me to hold the office of county judge. I believe
that serving as the peoples’ judge is the next appropriate step in my ca-
reer of giving back to my community and helping those who find them-
selves involved in the legal system. I am honest, fair, and intend to utilize
my skills of common sense in enforcing the laws of Lake County and the
State of Florida.”
Stewart earned her undergraduate degrees at Lake Sumter State Col-
lege and Warner University and her law degree from FAMU College of
Law. She is married to Steve Stewart and is the mother of an adult
daughter, Amanda.
Ms. Stewart has submitted her paperwork to run in 2016 election, offi-
cially launching her campaign to replace current Judge Donna Miller
who is retiring in 2016. The Primary election will be held August 30th.

Community Events
Pastor Earl Hammond announced today that Christ Community
Fellowship has installed a new marquee style sign.
Hammond states that announcements of the events at the church
are currently communicated through their weekly bulletin and
announcements at services. The new marquee will allow them to
more effectively communicate their activities to their members
and the community.
Christ Community Fellowship started holding services in 2011 at
the home of Ron Fields. In 2014, they acquired the land at their
current location on State Road 46. Pastor Hammond, who has
been leading the church since 2013 states, “Our new marquee is
just another sign that we are a growing church! The expansion to
our sanctuary will be completed soon and we want everyone to
know that you are welcome at Christ Community Fellowship.”
The sign dedication will be on Wednesday, January 13th at 6:30pm.
