The result is a perfectly balanced, complex and sophisticated gin. The inclusion of Japanese Sencha Tea and Chinese Green Tea in the botanical mix distinguishes Beefeater 24 from any other gin. Method: Muddle all ingredients together and add crushed ice. Churn with a bar spoon and then crown with more crushed ice.

Method: Muddle the cucumber, rosemary syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Add Blackwoods Vintage Dry Gin and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice, add tonic water and top with soda water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and fresh lime wedge.

Blackwoods Gin is the world’s first Vintage Dry Gin. Shetland botanicals are infused with juniper and coriander, and other botanicals including lime, before being steeped in natural mineral water to release their gentle flavours to give the gin its unique and complex character. The distillation is then done in small batches using a traditional copper pot still. Each year, the botanicals are harvested by hand – changing slightly with each harvest due to the quality and quantity available.

Method: Pour Boodles London Dry Gin over ice, top with tonic water and garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon.

Named after the World’s second oldest members Club, situated in the St James district of London. Boodles has been the house pour Gin there for many years and past members include Sir Winston Churchill and James Bond’s author Ian Fleming. Fleming is said to have based the Blades Club from his James Bond novels on Boodles and the original Bond Martini is said to have been made with Boodles Gin. A classic London Dry Gin, Boodles does things slightly differently & does not contain any citrus in its botanical mix. This leaves you with a clean, crisp, dry gin that is very mixable.

Method: Pour the Bulldog Gin and elderflower cordial into a rocks glass with lots of ice, top up with apple juice and add a lime wedge and garnish with mint sprig.

Infused with twelve of the rarest, most distinctive botanicals assembled in a gin, including lotus leaves, lavender and dragon eye (cousin of the lychee fruit) Bulldog London Dry Gin is quadruple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills guarding a time-honoured tradition of distilling. Seductive notes of fruit and citrus lend it a refreshingly crisp character, whilst the soft juniper notes provide a smooth and harmonious texture with balanced finish, making it the most mixable gin for cocktails.

Much like our Elegant Gin, Williams Chase GB Extra Dry Gin is unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply redistilled. Our GB Gin made from the same cider apples and potatoes grown on the family farm in Herefordshire to produce our own single-estate vodka, which is then infused with our carefully considered selection of fine botanicals. We infuse juniper buds and berries to ensure that we distil the driest gin possible, followed by wild botanicals including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon to ensure a distinct and robust flavour.

Method: Squeeze the lime wedge into a goblet wine glass, add ice and muddle. Then pour in Hayman’s Old Tom Gin and top with soda water.

Hayman’s Old Tom Gin is the distinguished gin of the Victorian era. Gin has evolved through time from Dutch Genever, which was too challenging for the palates and distillers of London, who then changed the recipe to distil neutral grain alcohol with botanicals, keeping juniper as a predominant flavour. Old Tom Gin referred to any gin produced around this time and did not adhere to strict rules and regulations. It was often botanically intensive and lightly sweetened. Hayman’s Old Tom Gin follows a family recipe from the 1870’s and it was this style of gin that was used in the American Cocktail era of the 1880’s.

Pinkster is a small-batch premium gin that launched in summer 2013. Made with hand-steeped fresh, locally grown raspberries at our Cambridge headquarters, Pinkster is deliciously dry, with a hint of raspberry and the smoothest of finishes. Pinkster is the brainchild of bean counter and ginmeister Stephen Marsh who experimented for several years at home, foisting creations upon unsuspecting friends. He didn’t set out to make a pink drink but after working his way through an entire fruit bowl, he discovered raspberry delivered the best flavour.

Method: Fill rocks glass with ice, add Star of Bombay London Dry Gin and the tonic water. Stir and add a twist of orange and place into drink.

The Star of Bombay is a quintessentially refined gin, slow distilled in single batches by our Master Distiller at the state-of the art Laverstoke Distillery. It evolves the intensified traditional characteristics of a London Dry Gin, with the contemporary exotic notes of citrus bergamot and Ambrette seeds.

The quintessential expression of a classic, traditional London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic – smooth enough for a Martini, but rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T. In 1830 Charles Tanqueray began crafting the world’s finest gin and in 2000, after 170 years of distilling expertise, Tanqueray No. Ten was born, named after the Tiny Ten still in which it is distilled four times. Tanqueray No. Ten is handcrafted in small batches using fresh citrus fruits (grapefruits, oranges and limes), camomile flowers and other hand selected botanicals which give it a uniquely smooth, clean, refreshing taste.

Method: Mix together in a copa glass with plenty of large ice cubes. Garnish with a wedge of lime for the classic version or a wedge of lime and an orange twist for the more adventurous.

A contemporary take on a classic London Dry Gin, we use fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. We like to think the result is comparable to stumbling upon a beautiful orange blossom in the middle of a crisp, dry pine forest. Only the best and most pure spirit (the heart) makes it into Tarquin’s Gin, which is diluted to bottling strength at 42% with Cornish spring water.

In 1904 Stafford Matthew Dustow fulfilled his lifelong ambition and bought a quaint little farm nestled in the heart of Cornwall. Over 100 years have passed and now Stafford’s great, great grandsons are transforming their finest King Edward potatoes into a premium vodka spirit. Distilled in a tiny copper batch still then blended with mineral water from an aquifer deep beneath the farm, Aval Dor is a voluptuous and viscous vodka that can be enjoyed neat over cracked ice or as part of your favourite cocktail.

Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka, a super-premium Vodka, the first of its kind made entirely from the milk of grass grazed cows and nothing else. Milk makes exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character. The milk is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese; the whey is fermented into a beer using a special yeast that converts the milk sugar into alcohol. This milk beer is then distilled and treated to our secret blending process. The vodka is then triple filtered and finished, before being hand bottled.

We make our Smoked Vodka using our traditional copper pot distilling methods by blending down our award winning Chase Vodka with Herefordshire’s finest oak smoked water. Water from our borehole is allowed to sit in the coolest part of the smokehouse for five days in order to pick up that delicate sweet but ashy smoky flavour.

Method: Build ingredients over lots of ice, then add a dash of Angostura bitters and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Beginning life as the ‘World’s Best’ Chase Vodka, the smooth and creamy spirit is marinated with a bespoke Seville orange fine marmalade in the Chase alembic copper pot still; Ginny. The resultant spirit is then further distilled in the world’s tallest rectification column (standing at 70ft) with the vapours passing through fresh Valencian and Sevillian orange peel, creating a beautifully bittersweet and 100% natural orange experience.

Appleton Estate 12 year old Jamaica Rum is aged and is touted as an unsurpassed masterpiece of oak ageing. It is a bold and confident rum that should be enjoyed straight up or on the rocks. The rums that make up the unique blend have been aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels, the long years of tropical ageing give its mahogany hue, bold character and smooth taste which invite favourable comparison to the finest aged Cognacs and Scotch whiskies. A perfectly crafted full bodied aged rum, it provides an intense aroma, yet is delicate and complex with a predominantly spicy bouquet at 43% ABV.

Brugal Rum was founded in 1888 in Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic, by Don Andrés Brugal. His goal was to create only the finest Caribbean rum and he succeeded. His expertise in the art of rum making has been passed through five generations of the Brugal family.Warm amber, bright and flawless purity in appearance with a light aroma of wood with hints of chocolate. Dry in an overall sense. Buttery in the mouth with a slight hint of caramel and wood tannin.

At the finish there is a softness and elegance, a most complex, unusual spirit.’ Gosling’s Black Seal Bermuda Rum is made from a Gosling’s family recipe dating back over two centuries and comprises of independently aged distillates aged in once-used, charred, American oak bourbon casks. The smooth, full flavour is the result of a careful blend of aged pot and continuous still distillates. One imparts flavour; the other a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.

The 15 Year Old’s distinctive character is the result of selective maturation; a proportion of the spirit is matured in a selection of French Oak casks for a limited period, so as not to overpower the final result. The Glenlivet was one of the first distilleries to use French Oak in the whisky making process, a technique that has since been imitated by many others. Limousin Oak, which is cut in the Dordogne region of France, is often used to mature fine wines and cognacs. In the case of The Glenlivet, its low density allows the spirit to penetrate deep into the wood, imparting the expression’s distinctive spiciness.

Gran Centenario Tequila is Mexico’s most award-winning range of ultra-premium tequilas. First created in 1858 by Lazaro Gallardo & later named to commemorate the turn of the new century, Gran Centenario has remained family owned and continues to be hand crafted in small batches at Hacienda Los Camichines in Jalisco, Mexico. This fine 100% blue agave Tequila is distilled from agave plants that range from eight to twelve years. Frangelico is produced in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, and its origins date back more than 300 years to the presence of early Christian monks living in the hills of the area. Their skills in fine food and drink would have included the art of distilling, especially the use of the wild hazelnuts and other local ingredients to create a liqueur on which Frangelico is based today. The hazelnuts once toasted and distilled with alcohol, are married with other flavouring preparations including cocoa, coffee, vanilla according to the secret recipe and transformed into more than three millions bottles of Frangelico for enjoyment around the world.

Tuaca is 100% natural, based on a 500-year-old recipe originating in the hills of Tuscany. The process begins according to tradition with the selection of the finest Italian brandy, ranging from three to ten years old. It’s sourced from Faenza, a small city near Bologna, known for producing brandy with a pleasing aroma, amber colour and an exceptionally smooth finish. The final presentation is created as the master blender folds the Italian brandy into a blend of natural sugar and fine spirits before adding the crowning touch of soft citrus and vanilla essences.
