ANNUAL TURNOVER
OVER
As we move into our 7th year we can report that all Group members have delivered exceptional performance and exceeded growth targets.
Our registered social housing providers within the Sovini Co-operative arm of the structure have invested millions in homes and communities with the financial support of the Group.
Year on year we post record high turnover from members, and as a result, have been able to offer further employment and apprenticeship opportunities within our local community.
We also introduced Amianto Services into the Group, an asbestos management company which provides solutions to the housing, construction and waste management sectors.
Sovini Charities continues to support a range of causes including the Big Help Project. Through support of the Group, the Big Help Project opened a community hub. One Vision Housing residents and people in the local area can access the hub to improve life skills and employment prospects, bringing back a sense of community to the neighbourhood.
Key to all our success are the people who work within The Sovini Group. The emphasis we put on investing in staff and creating a culture which allows us all to achieve was commended on both a national and European stage through the Great Place To Work scheme, for the second time since we entered as a Group in 2016. This is testament to our ethos that at The Sovini Group we believe we are stronger together than we are alone. Through this collaborative approach we are able to report another successful year, and we’re looking forward to building on this in 2018/19.
Roy Williams, Group Chief Executive Officer
The Sovini Group was established in 2011, to support member organisations in achieving their business aspirations through collaborative enterprise.

There were performances from local Brownies troop St James’, the Irish Guards and soprano Danielle Thomas, who lead all guests in a sing-a-long of all the Christmas classics.
Carroll Build employed seven apprentices working across a number of trade areas including joinery, roofing and quantity surveying.
