Eligibility and Prizes:

1. All media will be accepted.2. This exhibit is only open to members in good standing of the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild who have volunteered

within the Guild in the 2013-2014 season and who have attended two (2) Guild business meetings in the 2013-2014 season.3 Each artist may enter a maximum of four (4) pieces. It is not necessary to provide pedestals unless specialized to the piece;

jewelry pieces must include display stands or shadow boxes.4. All items must be for sale.5. Ribbons and cash prizes will be awarded as follows: 1stplace $200; 2ndplace $150; 3rdplace $75; one merit award $25: one

honorable mention ribbon.6. All art work must be original; no giclees or reproductions of any kind are permitted.7. No work previously shown at CCAS will be accepted.8. Entries must be ready to display with all necessary hangers. No sawtooth hangers. Maximum weight is 75 lbs.

Fees and Commissions:

1. Entry fees are $25 for the first piece entered, an additional $10 for the second piece, and an additional $5 each for third andfourth pieces. Entry fees are not refundable.Please make checks payable to the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild.

2. CCAS will retain a 30% commission on all sales. Please take this into consideration when pricing your work.3. RESPONSIBILITY: While every effort will be made to handle all work with care and protect from loss, neither the

Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild nor the Cape Coral Arts Studio will be liable for loss or damage.4. The submission of work for this exhibition will constitute an agreement to these conditions, including dates for exhibiting

work, removing work, and permission to photograph for publicity purposes. Neither the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guildnor the Cape Coral Arts Studio will be responsible for work left beyond the specified pick-up time. Signature on theidentification labels constitutes agreement to these conditions. NO WORK MAY BE REMOVED BEFORE THEREMOVAL DATE SHOWN.
