BUMP: accompagnare le città verso la pianificazione e gestione della mobilità
Il pacchetto di BUMP: programma di supporto dedicato ai Comuni nello sviluppo di PUMS per le aree urbane e periurbane in città (o loro aggregazioni) con popolazione compresa tra i 40 e i 350 mila abitanti.
Metodologia: 1) Capacity building: formazione per funzionari e dirigenti degli Enti locali per lo sviluppo dei PUMS; 2) Mutual learning: apprendimento reciproco e condivisione di esperienze e conoscenze a livello nazionale ed internazionale tra partecipanti e con esperti;3) Coaching: sviluppo di azioni pilota per la redazione dei PUMS a livello europeo 4) BUMP pioneers: promozione internazionale delle città che si distingueranno per i risultati ottenuti

BUMP - Fase 1: la formazione

Fase 1 – I beneficiari: 90 città e loro aggregazioni180 dirigenti e funzionari tecnici
Principi:•Valorizzazione del patrimonio di conoscenze ed esperienze dei partecipanti attraverso interazione in aula e fuori e lavori di gruppo;•Selezione di docenti esperti e con significativa esperienza concreta di collaborazione con gli enti locali nella mobilità sostenibile;•Promozione di buone prassi e connessione con altre iniziative nazionali e internazionali;•Preparazione integrata della seconda fase operativa;
Modulo 1: Introduzione al PUMS come processo e metodologia di lavoro
Modulo 2: Strutturare, monitorare e valutare un PUMS
Modulo 3: Azioni e misure concrete di mobilità sostenibile
Modulo 4: Normativa e tecniche di redazione
Modulo 5: Partecipazione e crono-programmazione
Modulo 6: Reperimento fondi e modalità di finanziamento
Modulo 7: Coordinamento delle fasi successive e lancio delle azioni pilota
