The Shops at Willow Bend 2013 Holiday Season 2013

Holiday Season: Overview

The Shops at Willow Bend is the place to celebrate the holiday season. Industry data suggests that as

much as 40% of retail sales occur in November and December.

Shoppers representing many of the most desirable and difficult-to-reach demographic segments visit

The Shops at Willow Bend more frequently and stay longer than any other time of the year.

One reason for this is our holiday experience, the Ice Palace sponsored by Mercedes-Benz of Plano

which immerses guests in a winter wonderland. The pinnacle of the experience is a powerful and

magical snow and light show inside the Ice Palace dome, and, of course, a child’s visit with the big guy

himself.

In addition to the Ice Palace The Shops at Willow Bend host a variety of events during the holiday

season: Breakfast with Santa, Christmas in the Courtyard, Holiday Bash, Signing Santa, Santa Paws

and more.

Approximately 7,500 families visit the Ice Palace at Willow Bend during November and
