On behalf of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Native Learning Center (NLC), we are pleased to invite
you to exhibit at our Indian Housing Training Conference, which will take place Sepetmber 10 - 13,
2013 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The NLC is excited to announce the expansion of our trainings outside the state of Florida! The NLC
will provide housing professionals with the tools to maintain good homes, build affordable homes,
improve public safety, and provide essential building blocks to a healthy community in the heart
of Indian Country. By participating in our trade show you will be contributing to the success of the
conference.
NLC events are open to all Native Americans and anyone working within Indian Country. Our
attendees have ranged from Tribal officials to non-Tribal member employees working within Indian-
owned organizations. Anyone who can impact Native American communities is welcome to attend
our free trainings. As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to connect with Tribes across Indian
Country.
Over the past year, the Native Learning Center has seen steady growth in the number of on-site
event attendees, and we are expecting to attract a large number of participants who can impact
Native American communities across the country.
Our attendees look forward to meeting you; learning about your organization, products, and services;
and making key contacts for future buying decisions. Overall, the Indian Housing Training Conference

Native Learning Center events are open to all Native Americans and anyone working within Indian Country. Our attendees have ranged from Tribal officials to non-Tribal member employees working within Indian-owned organizations. Anyone who can impact Native American communities is welcome to attend our tuition free trainings.
Over the past year, the Native Learning Center has seen steady growth in the number of our on-site event attendees. This year, at our 5th Annual Summer Conference 214 attendees, 88 percent of which were Native Americans from all over the country. The NLC is excited about expanding our trainings outside of the state of Florida and will be moving the Indian Housing Training Conference to Tulsa, OK.

The Native Learning Center’s vendor & exhibitor booths are FREE and are a great place to market your business or organization and network with others throughout Indian Country. As an added bonus, many of our past exhibitors have taken the opportunity to attend our free training sessions while participating as a vendor or exhibitor.

Exhibitor/Vendors Rules & Regulations
1. Vendor & Exhibitor space locations will be determined by the Native Learning Center.2. Vendor & Exhibitor package does not include portage fee or parking fees. 3. Merchandise, signs, decorations or display fixtures shall not be pasted, taped, nailed or tacked to walls No Exhibit, merchandise or equipment shall be left in any aisle, but shall be confined to Exhibit Space. 4. The Native Learning Center and the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown are not responsible for the theft or damage to the vendors & exhibitor’s property and/or personal possessions. 5. Overnight-secured storage space is not guaranteed. Vendors & exhibitors are responsible for making arrangement for the storage and security of their materials. 6. Use or storage of flammable liquids, gases, or solids is strictly prohibited.7. No signs or advertising devices shall be displayed outside Exhibit Space or protecting beyond limits of Exhibit Space as to interfere with any neighboring Exhibit.8. The sale of outside food is strictly prohibited.9. *If electrical outlets are requested, a charge may be incurred to vendor and/or exhibitor.
