As a founding member of The Seiler Group, Mr. Seiler has focused on meet-ing the sophisticated needs of today’s institutional investors since 1995. He began his career in 1990 with Mer-rill Lynch, concentrating on high net worth clients.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Tom concentrates on highly developed asset allocation and invest-ment strategies, conducts extensive research and evaluation on investment management firms, forms comprehen-sive investment policy statements and provides ongoing performance mea-surement and monitoring for client portfolios.

A graduate of Montclair University, Mr. Seiler is designated a Corporate Retirement Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and honored member of the Business Owner Executive Counsel. Tom has served as an NFLPA® Financial Advisor since 2003.

Mr. Seiler currently lives in New-town, PA with his wife, Debbie, and two children, Alexa and Jake. Tom is an active member of the Ambassador Board of Saint Mary Medical Center and was recently presented with the Philanthropy award for Cerebral Palsy

Patrick works with institutional clients (corporations, pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, and foundations), and also provides comprehensive planning to private high net worth individuals and families.

Prior to joining the financial services industry, Patrick received an honor-able discharge from the United States Marine Corp and served with the San Diego Police Department. He then began his career in the financial industry in 1995 with A. G. Edwards, later working with Merrill Lynch. Then, in 2005, he joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Already a Certified Financial Plan-ner™ (CFP®) practitioner, Patrick has also earned the prestigious designations of Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) from the Whar-ton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, Chartered Retire-ment Planning SpecialistSM (CRPS®) and Chartered Retire ment Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®).

Ryan T. WayneConsulting Group Analyst

With more than 15 years of experi-ence in financial services, Ryan works with foundations, institutions, and high net worth individuals. He holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Susquehanna University and earned his MBA in Finance from Drexel University.

Ryan’s strong analytical skills provide clients with daily guidance on both market analysis and economic trends. His primary focus is monitoring private client financial plans and their invest-ment policies and statements.

Ryan’s wife Lynda is an audiologist with a local practice, and the couple has a young daughter, Madilyn. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Nicole A. MorawskiSenior Registered Associate

Nicole began her career as a legal assis-tant, developing keen attention to detail and organization. She then entered the financial industry in 2000 as a compli-ance director at Merrill Lynch before joining The Seiler Group in 2003 as a group administrator.

Today, Nicole directs administration for all our clients’ day-to-day needs, with a strong commitment to excel-lent service.

An avid fan of ice hockey and motor-sports, Nicole also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Terri L. SchaferClient Service Associate

Prior to joining The Seiler Group in 2009, Terri worked in the Operations Department at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, handling the overall process of the entire branch office. Terri also spent ten years in retail banking, giving her a broad background in financial services and preparing her for client service administration.

Terri is responsible for all daily cli-ent administration and overall support for the group.

A resident of Bucks County with her husband, William and their three sons, Terri actively participates in family ac-tivities while also playing in a women’s softball league.

Step 1: Discovery

Before our first meeting we suggest that you take a fresh inventory of your wealth, including where each asset is located and what it is worth. Step 2: Analysis and Recommendation
