SimplicitySimplicity is key to any good photograph, as it avoids the photo from becoming too cluttered.The main subject of the photo should be clear and easily identified.

Rule Of ThirdsThe rule of thirds is used to give more interest to an image, the image is taken using a grid where the main item of focus should be either slightly to the left or right. If the object moves then more space should be allowed ahead of it.

BalanceBalance is used to help even out an image, for example having half of the image in shadow and the other in light.Balance is used to create contrast.

FramingFraming is used to create depth in a photograph, trees in the background behind the main focus can be used to show this

LinesLines can be used to engage the viewer of a photograph, they can be used to point and direct the eye towards the main focus of an image. Diagonal lines can be used to create more interest.
