The central state organ office buildings

Through improved regulation and operation、replacement of key energy consuming

equipment, it will save 0.15 billion degrees of electricity consumption per year, equivalent

to saving 52,500 tons of standard coal, saving 90 million administrative costs.

Research results of Tsinghua university

Large office building energy saving potential is 10~45kWh/m2.a,conservative

estimate of the energy saving potential is 15kWh/m2.a

Theoretical calculation

By strengthening the operational management and other measures, the "Eleventh

Five-Year " period, for the state organ office buildings and large public buildings, 12.5

million tons of standard coal will be saved

3.2.1 Evaluation index system consists of saving land and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water conservation and water source utilization, materials saving and material resource utilization, indoor environmental quality and operational management. Each type of index, include control items and general items of excellent options.
