Keep your eyes and ears open;
Directly confront the offender privately;
If sabotage behavior persists, do not hesitate to contact thepersons boss or project manager;
If sabotage persists, and the person can be moved out of theproject, do so;
If it still continues and cannot move the person out ofproject, try improving team work, roles and relationships;
Seek our skills training in handling difficult people.
