Catholics Care. Catholics Vote. Learn about the issues.

In their statement on Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship, the U.S. Catholic bishops lift up various issues of different moral weight and urgency. Some issues they mention include: addressing abortion, euthanasia, the use of the death penalty and imprudent resort to war; protecting the fundamental understanding of marriage as the life-long and faithful union of one man and one woman; achieving comprehensive immigration reform; caring for our common home; helping families and children overcome poverty; providing healthcare while respecting human life, human dignity and religious freedom; and establishing and complying with moral limits on the use of military force. Learn more about these issues and others atwww.faithfulcitizenship.org.

PARISH CAMPAIGN - EXTERIOR PROJECT--We thank those who have made a pledge to the project to replace the roof and repair the front façade etc. We have now reached 39% of our goal, with 256 households pledging (21%), but we have a long way to go. Consider making a pledge - Today. A commitment of $2.50 a week would add up to a Pledge of $260.00 paid over two years. Little gifts add up.

Parish Life & Ministry Formation: “Serving one another by supporting our parish communities.” Our Catholic life begins and ends in the Parish because a parish is the gathering of God’s faithful people. Today, more than ever, we must

connect with our fellow parishioners, reinforcing our faith and keeping it vital for the next generation of Catholics. It is crucial that we foster a

rich parish life, where neighbors, families and friends come together in the spirit of Catholic fellowship. The Office for Parish Life assists in

all aspects of Liturgy & Worship, Service & Social Concerns, Community and Family Development. Your gifts fund such programs as

networking and training for Youth Ministry Leaders, Directors of Religious Education, Music and Liturgical Ministry, Bereavement Support,

Social Concerns and Parish Councils.
