To assure a coordinated, efficient review of

projects among all Planning Divisions (and

disciplines) emphasizing early review and

identification of issues

ApplicabilityApplicability

1. All residential projects that include a net increase of

six or more units

2. Commercial projects that include a net increase of

10,000 sf of gross floor area

(generally, the same thresholds that require environmental evaluation

under CEQA)
