Our Unit size is hovering around 35-40 (does not include T status Beauties) We have no Team Leaders right now. We have a Star Recruiter: Regina Parfenova! We have a Senior Consultant: Racheal Boulter We have a great team of consultants right now, we have buzzy Beauty Playgrounds!!! For this new seminar year I have big plans to build our team to 50, then 100 consult- ants, also building on our reputation of being the No 1 Team in the East Midlands!!! We want to double our production to achieve Unit Club status, that means a monthly retail goal of £12’500!! It’s time to tell the Mary Kay story a little more, tell them what an ex- traordinary women Mary Kay was and what you enjoy some much about your business! Then invite them to join our fun community of women or visit a Beauty Playground and take a closer look for themselves! I look forward to welcoming all your guests!!! Here is the round up of the SEMINAR YEAR 2011/2012! And what a fantastic year of GROWTH we have had and in the middle of a recession!
Congratulations to all of us!
Our Unit production for the year is £81’203.50 and finished with the highest
production in July this year of £10’006!
