We have found in our experience in both the “corporate” and “virtual” environments that only about 20% of the people “hired” are actually “Good”!

How to get from where you are …to where you want to be.

Figure out where you want to be Set Goals for getting there Develop a plan to meet your Goals Just Do It! One Step and One Day at a time As long as you are making an effort

and positive progress towards your goals you will (eventually) get there!

Are you just earning a living or …are you having fun too?

What motivates you to go to work each day?– Money?

• Would you do this work if they didn’t pay you for it?

– Are you excited about doing today's tasks?– Something else? (mine used to be playing volleyball

at lunch time! ;)) How fast / slow do your work days go? How soon do you start thinking about when you

get to leave? If you are doing what you have to do and not

what you want to do … Why?

Knowing when it's time to go.

Are you Happy? Do you “dread” and/or “passively aggressively” resist going to

work? Are you sick more often than you used to be? Do you feel better the moment you leave? Are you able to be the person you truly want to be in your

current job / environment? If not … Why not?
