Capital Works – used to register assets planned and / under

construction.

Disposals – used to register assets that have been disposed or obsolete but whose data need

to be retained. For example, information about buried assets

left in situ may need to be retained for future reference.

to an asset by its name.

This is very useful for modules where there are many Sys level assets, such as Roads.

Quick Find allows for “type ahead” to jump to the first instance of a name – in this case names starting with “M”.

Related Documents can be identified for any level of asset, and various other objects such as projects.
