Bloomfield Baptist Family:

“Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward.”

(Psalm 127:3) On Sunday, May 12th (Mother’s Day), we will have a “Family Dedication” as part of our morning worship ser-vice. This will serve as an opportunity to celebrate the ad-ditions to our church families over the last year. Our “Family Dedication” will also serve as a time for these families and the church to recognize the responsibilities we have to raise children that know the Lord. To prepare for our “Family Dedication”, I will be teaching a short class on Sunday, April 28th from 10:00 to 10:45 am in the Small Fellowship Hall behind the Worship Center. In order to participate in the “Family Dedication”, at least one of the parents needs to attend this class. During the class, I will be providing parents with some ma-terial on how to pray, read Scripture and worship as a fam-ily. I will also be sharing about the “Family Dedication” service we will have during our morning worship service on May 12th. If your family has been blessed with a child in the last year, please make plans to attend. If you know a family in our church that has been blessed with a child in the last year, please encourage them to attend. Our “Family Dedi-cation” on May 12th will be a special time in the life our church! Together, my prayer is that we can see God raise up a generation that will praise God’s name and live for His glory! Serving You and Your Family, Pastor Richard
