What a Great R-Day Event!! It was very educational, the food
was excellent, great giveaways, and priced right. Thank you to
the Affiliates and the Education Committee for putting this day
together. And if you missed the event you really missed out!!
The next event is our Annual Charity Auction on November 6th

Condolences to the family and friends of Wilbert Basinger of Basinger Agency in his passing. Wilbert had received Emeritus status for his 40 years of membership with the association. to the friends and family of Jim Lubert of RE/MAX Renaissance in his passing.
2013 Membership Attendance Incentives OBJECTIVE - To increase attendance at Beaver County Association of REALTORS® monthly membership meetings we are offering the following incentives.
At any monthly BCAR membership meeting bring a fellow member who would not normally attend. When you phone in your reservation, let the office know who you are bringing.
Your name will be entered into a drawing for a free dinner at our next scheduled meeting, for every member you bring who has not attended a BCAR event in the last six months.
Example – If you bring one member your name is entered once, bring three members and your name is entered three times.
Second Contest Incentive
Each time a REALTOR® member or an affiliate member attends a membership meeting drop your business card into the box marked REALTOR® or Affiliate when you sign in. At the end of the year we will draw one business card from each box and that member will have their local portion of dues paid for the following year.

Community Service Committee will be collecting nonperishable
food items for the local Salvation Army at this event. This
will be the last time to donate for Food Bank this year.
The Charity Auction is a great place to start your Christmas Shopping early. It is free to
the Membership, that includes REALTORS and Affiliates. You can bring a guest for the
cost of the meal. Reservations are now being taken….call BCAR at 724-774-4126.

We have been challenged….to REACH OUT to end hunger. Help our organization earn points for the PA YPN (Pennsylvania Young Professionals Network) Association Challenge.
