SCENE 1: LOCATION ESTABLISHMENT

IT IS LATE AFTERNOON AND DAYLIGHT IS DRAWING TO A CLOSE. THERE IS MINIMAL MOVEMENT AND NO SIGN OF ANY WILDLIFE WITH THE TREES BLOWING IN THE COLD BREEZE. HE WALKS THROUGH THE HALLWAY OF THE HOUSE, LISTENING TO MUSIC, HEADING FOR THE FRONT DOOR. HE MEETS HIS BROTHER, EXITING HIS ROOM AND THEY CONVERSE.

(He whistles, walks towards the front door, but is disturbed and turns around looking perplexed. He continues to walk on.)

ROSS

Hey where you goin'?

AARON(He looks down, fiddles with his camera and makes minimal eye contact during conversation.)

Just goin' to shoot some photos for my photography project, fancy coming?

ROSS

Yeh okay, can we take the bikes? It's getting pretty dark.

(Both characters walk towards the bike shed. They take out their bikes.)

AARON

Dam! I've got a flat, just wait for me up the top.

(The door creaks and then slams shut behind him, he pauses, turns around with suspicion, then carries on. He then walks up the driveway.)

AARONI'm bringing a spare camera....... This one's low on battery..... Right then, lets go.

SCENE 2: THE FOREST

THE DAY BEGINS TO DARKEN FURHTER AS BOTH AARON AND ROSS REACH THE EDGDE OF THE FOREST. THERE IS A SLIGHT, CHILLING BREEZE AND THERE IS NOBODY TO BE SEEN.

ROSS

(Phone rings)

Sorry mate I've gotta take this

AARON

Okay mate, i'll just be down here, try not to get lost

(Aaron goes off, alone, taking photographs of the forest features. As he explores further, he begins to notice strange appearances in the photos. He calls out to his brother but there is no reply. He takes one final photo and it is clear that somebody, or something is stood in the trees. He zooms in on the camera.)

AARON

What the!?.....

(He pulls the camera down away from his face to check if anybody is out there, but is met, face on by a scary, eveil prescence. He cries out and the scene ends.)
