Professional Headshots

Having a current headshot is vital due to recent advances in social media and online communication channels. The ATS offers attendees and exhibitors the ability to get a headshot taken by a professional photographer. Industry Theaters

Industry Theaters in the Exhibit Hall allow attendees to gain knowledge of the latest industry advances in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine. There are two Industry Theaters (seating 250 people), one Medium Theater (seating 125 people) and one Mini Theater (seating 50 people) located in the Exhibit Hall. Two time slots per day are available for the larger theaters, one time slot per day for the medium theater and three time slots per day for the mini theater. The ATS provides boxed lunches for the theaters to increase attendee participation.

Guru Bars

Guru Bars provide an intimate venue for sponsors to create a dynamic interaction with attendees. This learning experience consists of burst sessions of 15-20 minutes led by subject matter experts from industry.

Practical Workshops

The Practical Workshop (seating 75 people) offers medical device companies the opportunity to host a presentation with at least 30 minutes of hands-on skills training. One time slot per day is offered, and the sponsor can add boxed lunches to their presentation. Hands-on skill training is in high demand at the ATS International Conference.

Discovery Quest on the ATS Conference Mobile App

The Discovery Quest is a fun way for attendees to “learn” something new while exploring the Exhibit Hall. Attendees must correctly answer a question provided by each of the participating exhibitors. Attendees successfully completing the Discovery Quest qualify to win one of four prizes per day.

Positioned in a high-traffic location, distinct and separate from all other commercial

booths, the Clinical Trial Awareness area allows for scientific discussions to happen in a non-commercial environment.Connect with the thousands of attendees interested in clinical trial opportunities that advance pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine by reserving space in Clinical Trial Awareness. Independent Service Contractors Exhibiting firms may opt to use independent service contractors for installation and dismantling. If such contractors are used, the exhibiting firm is responsible for notifying the ATS of the name and address of the contractor by April 3, 2020. Independent service contractors are responsible for notifying the ATS of the booths they are working in by April 3, 2020. They are also responsible for providing management with proof of insurance coverage by that date.

Registration • All exhibitor personnel must be registered. • Four (4) registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth

are provided without charge. This rule is enforced. An exhibitor badge allows admission to the Exhibit Hall, unticketed sessions and events, and open receptions. To attend any sessions that have any additional fees, or to claim CME, Nursing, or MOC Part II Credit, an exhibitor must register as a paid attendee.

• One (1) Exhibit Hall Only badge is provided for exhibitors with a 10’ x 30’ booth or larger specifically for an Installation & Dismantle Supervisor staying for the duration of the conference.

• Each exhibiting company is entitled to 5 complimentary VIP Customer Exhibit Hall Only Guest passes.

• Additional exhibitor staff badges over the allotment per exhibiting company are $50.00 per badge.

• Exhibitor badges are personal and are not to be given to anyone else. Exhibitors caught badge swapping will have their badge confiscated permanently and be removed from the conference.

• Supplemental badges or those altered or changed by using a business card, ribbons, or company logos are not permitted and may be confiscated.

• Exhibitor badges can be transferred only if the original badge is surrendered permanently at the exhibitor registration desk.

• Exhibitor badges are printed in the name of the company shown on the exhibit reservation and application form only.

progressive work rules and streamlined services to provide flexibility and independence, resulting in greater cost efficiencies and a better overall customer experience.

Easy Display SetupWithin your booth area or show space, full-time employees of the Exhibiting Company (as long as there is not an EAC Contracted for the booth setup/dismantle) have the freedom to setup and tear down your display, hang graphics and signage, install floor coverings, and install non-rented A/V equipment including tablets for non-public use without limitation to booth size.

Unpack And RestockFull-Time employees of an exhibiting company have the freedom to open boxes, stock shelves, setup, plug in, hang up, and freely distribute their non-bulk products/literature within their booth without limitation to size of the booth.

Display MaintenanceFull-Time employees of the exhibiting company have the freedom to perform maintenance on their own display equipment after the initial setup without limitation to size of the booth.

Use Of Power ToolsFull-Time employees of the exhibiting company may use their own tools and ladders (up to 6 feet) to set up and tear down exhibits.

Hand Cart UsageFull-Time employees of the exhibiting company may use their own dollies, luggage carriers, non-hydraulic carts, and two-to-four-wheel hand trucks.

Simple Computer SetupFull-Time employees of an exhibiting company may set-up/connect their own (non-rented) computers, tablets, and all computer components and any required low-voltage power supply equipment for non-public use. Show labor is required to set-up any rented equipment, computers & tablets including when using to collect Data. Public use of computers & tablets in exhibiting booth space must be set by union labor.

Non-Commercial Vehicle UsageFull-Time employees of the exhibiting company may drive their non-commercially registered personally owned vehicle to a designated area to unload.
